Blacks Law Dictionary: Chilling Effect Doctrine.
"In Constitutional Law, any law or practice which has the effect of seriously discouraging the exercise of a Constitutional Right."


What is the difference between what is happening in the U.S. with this current Patriot Act aka Homeland Defense Act in comparison with the Fatherland Defense of Adolph Hitler's Nazi SS and Brown Shirts?

Answer. Not much difference between the two.

When the President of the U.S. states openly "You are either with us, or you are against us" then imposes the Patriot Act aka Homeland Defense Act.. with full force and effect ultimately imposing The Chilling Effect Doctrine upon the American People. One must ultimately challenge this Act which effectively "attempts to destroy the Constitution of the United States" and ask: WHERE Congress had it's "mind" at the time of allowing this Excessive, Abusive, Un-Constitutional, Constitutionally Repugnant "Act of Congress" to go into effect?

When Congress and those "on the beltway" attempt to gain control over THE FIRST AMENDMENT by allowing only six major news medias all owned by one particular sect, religious group, race of people which dissimilates the facts of news, rewriting to re-structure facts, it would seem this would be a violation of the FIRST AMENDMENT'S original purpose and intent (The Rights of An American Citizen. 1832. Benjamin L. Oliver) [quote]

There is no government so bad among civilized nations, as to acknowledge as a principle, the right to compel the performance of wicked actions, or to hinder the performance of any actions, which are indispensable to the discharge of any duties of perfect or even of imperfect obligation. There is but little ground to apprehend an infringement of liberty in either of those respects. But, it is in relation to those actions, which, in a moral point of view, are indifferent, that a nation, should be considered as enjoying a greater or less degree of civil liberty.
Under tyrannical governments, indeed, it is common to say that one is more free than another, because of the greater or less liability to the violation of personal rights in one than in another; but, in fact, were either life or property may be taken from a citizen without law or trial, there is no liberty at all. A law, made to prevent the citizens from doing things, which if there were no such law, they might do without impropriety, is a restraint upon those only who would do them, if there were no such law. If therefore the tendency of any such act, is found to be injurious to the welfare of the community, it may be prohibited out of regard to the public good, and this ought not to be considered as any infringement of the liberty of the citizens. For, as soon as the law is passed, the citizens have notice, that for such acts are inconsistent with the public welfare. This notice alone would be sufficient to prevent a good citizen from doing them, if there were no law against it. The law therefore is passed for those citizens, who can be restrained in no other way, and though it is a restraint upon the bad, constitutes only security of the good.
Where actions, which in a moral point of view are indifferent, and not at all interfere with or interrupt the welfare or prosperity of society, are prohibited, it constitutes an infringement of liberty; and, if such prohibitions result from the caprice of the rulers, or, are imposed by them to subserve some selfish interest, it constitutes a direct invasion of civil liberty, and a nation is deprived of its freedom in proportion to the number of such unnecessary restraints. But prohibitions and restraints, however numerous, so long as they contribute to the happiness and prosperity of society, are no infringement of civil liberty.
How excessive therefore is the simplicity of those peaceable and well disposed citizens, who join in the clamor, which factious and unprincipled men make for the repeal of laws, which impose salutary restraints! For, what is the true motive of the outcry, which such turbulent individuals raise on such occasions? Is it patriotism, and a regard for the liberties of the citizens, as they pretend? Or, is it because they are not unwilling to sacrifice the welfare of society to advance their own private interests, and wish to annul all laws, which prevent them? But, is it wisdom in the sheep, to desire the wolves to be let loose among them? [end quote]"

The First Amendment (1789-90) guarantees Freedom of Speech to the press and to the people which allows for fully informing the public at large against corrupt political bodies in order a well informed public be fully informed for self defense against corrupt political practices.

Frankly, what is addressed in these "threats" is a true example of THE CHILLING EFFECT DOCTRINE by those "alleging" to be Jews (as in Germany) when in fact they are the Zionist chameleons pretending to be Jews. No good Jew would have anything to do with these Zionist-Fascist hate mongers, and civil peace disrupters because they have already been there, done that at the German Death Camps in WWII.

This is a "must read" as a parallel exists such as U.S. Troops being placed under the control of the EU which was recently exposed, however the similarity is more than just a "tad" obvious in these current state of affairs effecting our daily lives as Free Americans [quote]

Note: Some of you have noticed there is a similarity between V.K.'s writings and mine. We studied together, researched together, worked together, and have been friends for many years, however we are two separate and distinct individuals. We each "think" alike.. but our overall "Purpose and Intent" are vastly different. Thank you for the comparison, because it is too me, a welcomed compliment.

Not having any idea as to how long I will be here, I must say it is fun working with V.K. once again. However; She has changed so much since we last met. All of us used to rely on V.K. for a quick pick me up in lightening our hearts and spirits, she always had a quick prank to pull on us, or a joke to make us all laugh.. It is sad to watch the lady in these late years.. the twinkle has gone out of her eyes, and she seldom smiles. I have not heard her laugh once since I have been here visiting my long time friend. Losing her husband took the zest for enjoying out of her life because she and Russell were very close.
Closer than most people can understand. I understand because the distinct pleasure of knowing the two of them was all mine since the 1950's.
