"Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring). That of the document known as the Documentary History of the Constitution of the United States seven thousand copies be printed, of which number two thousand shall be for the use of the Senate, four thousand shall be for the use of the House of Representatives, and one thousand for the use of the Department of State. The Alabama Judge, is the SUPERIOR Authority for the Sovereign State of Alabama. The Federal Government is bound by "Compact by CONSTITUTION made with the Sovereign People of the Sovereign Civil Governments of the States of the United States (not with the states); TO UPHOLD THE ALABAMA JUDGE'S DECISION.

This stands in RES JUDICATA, meaning previously determined SUPREME COURT DECISIONS i.e., SUPPLEMENT to RULING CASE LAW. VOLUME II;CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.

Federal Constitution a compact between Citizens and Not between States.

The Compact with the Citizens, mandates THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT "UPHOLD, PROTECT AND DEFEND, THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, AGAINST ALL PARTIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC" BY MANDATED "OATH"
(U.S. Const. Bill of Rights. VIth Amendment).

For the Federal Government to intervene, and CONTRADICT the WILL OF THE PEOPLE; is a Breach of Oath, Violation of Office of Public Trust by those who are "Sworn to: Uphold, Protect and Defend, the Constitution of the United States, against all parties foreign and domestic."
