BANKING TRANSACTIONS CANNOT PASS INVESTIGATION REQUIREMENTS

In all fairness.. People keep asking me about what do I think in regards to this Ambassador Leo Wanta story.. All I can say is; I find this is too similar to what happened with THE 1991 BANK FAILURES & BRADY BONDS..

February 2006 I was asked by one of my husbands GOLDEN BOYS for a certain amount of Collateral. Considering all of us have been screwed from the git go on all of this since I was asked to re-Underwrite the 'Banking Projects' which were frozen and parallel accounts set up back in 1987..; I had absolutely no problem with doing as my husband's associate asked.. So.. I wrote the COLLATERAL INSTRUMENT on Bonus Contract 3392 and Certificate of Indebtedness No. 181 of May 1, 1875..signed it, had it notarized, and sealed the instrument as requested. Mailed it off overnight mail..
Much to my welcomed surprise.. The Collateral Instrument was taken to the Banking Authorities where my signature, the seals were registered on LAWFUL INSTRUMENTS which are assigned by the "Owner"..
Since that time..there has been untold troubles in the Banking, Financing and Economics industry in proving "Source of Collateral-Funds" . Or as some call it: "Good, Clean, Clear, Marketable Collateral-Funds".. So far..none of these transactions around the world in all the prime banks and central banks have passed on the Investigation's "source of Collateral-funds"..
The investigations have turned up "back-dated paperwork" but..it seems to all be dated 1991, 92, 93.. which again ties in with

Perhaps the KEY is the GUILTY are trying to 'shake' this Global Banking, Financing and Economics Fraud and MalAdministration accompanied by Abuse of Powers of Offices of Public Trust as THE BUSH-CLINTON CRIME SYNDICATES are being looked upon as candidates as were the NAZI War Criminals in 1945.. tried by the ICC (International Criminal Courts) at NUREMBERG.
One could suppose..this BANKING TERRORISM is a way of slipping ones neck out of the noose by blaming someone else..as the GAIA-Ekkers as they ran a Black Ops Operation which can be read about in TomFlocco's Article on 9/11 Connections

If I had to guess what's going on.. I'd say someone is GREASING THE PIG. No one can prove "Good, Clean, Clear and Marketable Collateral/Funds".. and when that happens..someone starts looking at all these 'murders'..that have gone on.

AND THE LIST GOES ON OF THE MANY TRANSACTIONS THAT WENT BUST AFTER MY COLLEAGUES AND MYSELF HAD SPENT LARGE SUMS OF MONEY PUTTING THEM TOGETHER.
YES PEOPLE IN HIGH PLACES ARE INVOLVE WITH SHADY DEALS, THEY TELL SOCIETY ONE THING WHEN THEY DO JUST THE OPPOSITE. MY COLLEAGUE IN MEXICO TO TOLD ME JUST A FEW DAYS AGO THAT THE PERSON WHO IS IN MEXICO PUSHING PHONY BANK NOTES DEAL IS BEEN SHELTERED BY A WELL KNOWN HIGH RANKING INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSON. HOW ABOUT THAT?. NOTE, IF THE POWERS THAT BE WERE ABLE TO KEEP LEO WANTA LOCKED UP FOR THE BETTER PART OF TEN YEARS, ILLEGALLY, WHAT MAKE HIM THING THAT THEY WILL PLAY BY LEGAL RULES? HE IS FORTUNATE THAT HE IS STILL ALIVE.
GIVEN THE FACT THAT THE SYSTEM HAS A LEGAL DEBT WITH HIM, LEO WANTA. IT WOULD SEEM THAT ALL HE HAS TO DO IS TO ISSUE DRAFTS DRAWN ON ANY AND ALL OF THE INSTITUTIONS THAT HE KNOW ARE USING HIS FUNDS SINCE HE HAS A COURT ORDER FOR THEM TO RELEASE HIS FUNDS. SEEM LIKE HE SHOULD GET INVOLVE WITH FUNDING MEGA PROJECTS AROUND THE WORLD, THAT COULD WELL BE THE ONLY WAY THAT HE WILL BE ABLE TO BENEFIT FROM SUCH VAST SUMS. AFTER ALL THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO SKIN THE CAT. IT SEEM THAT A MAN OF HIS EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE COME TO THAT CONCLUSION A LONG TIME AGO.

Mr. XXXXXX. I suppose being the only one who wants to play by the legal rules, as you say.. I just might be the 'only one' to keep my head out of the noose once the ICC opens up and commences trying all of these individuals for their Criminal Deeds..
I had no idea you disliked me, this TRUST, and my country as much as you do..in the fact it must take a tremendous amount of hate to bring down an entire nation of People..with hate rather than bring down the ones who did the deed that brought about such hate.. This is an aspect of human nature, Mr.XXXX that I have never understood.
This is very unfortunate indeed.. I remember Marion Akien and XXXXX XXXXXXX would often say: "Keep your eyes on the prize".. The Prize was the Religious/Muslim Overthrow of the Christian Government of the united States of America..
This has never really been a Black vs White issue plaguing this nation..it's been a group of individuals who were seen by our grandparents for the disrupters, carpetbaggers and scalawags they truly were.. who used the Black vs White issue to get into areas the were unwelcome ..and called it CIVIL RIGHTS..but it was not CIVIL RIGHTS at all.. It was the OVERTHROW of the Constitution of the Sovereign Civil Governments of the united States.
The only way they can finish this Nation of WE the People off..is through Banking, Financing and Economics FRAUDS...which takes the lands, the homes, the jobs, the industry...from WE the People..turning a jobless collective of WE the People into their 'slaves' or minions as Doris Ekker as COMMANDER Hatonn used to write.
Attempt after attempt has been made to Bankrupt not only the Federal Reserve Bank, but to BANKRUPT a Jobless and homeless united States of America.
You know something? THIS PISSES ME OFF ROYALY! Every dammed rag tag has come into this nation..not to be a contributing citizen of the Society of WE the People of this Nation..they came here to DESTROY THE GOVERNMENT OF WE THE PEOPLE...while stealing our health care, our jobs..and on, and on, and on..
You know something else? All of you need an ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT.. Try to see how much that worthless 'FRBN' and Euro..will buy..
