One would have reasonable cause to believe EACH would know a document such as JAMIE S. GOERLICK'S, coming out of the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE to be EFFECTIVE should have contained the following;
a. Date and Time Dated
b. SIGNATURE of the Authorizing Party.
This document contains none of the above.. It is a MEMO only, not a DIRECTIVE. Further, it is CONSPIRATORIAL to OBSTRUCT JUSTICE and INVESTIGATIONS into CRIMINAL ACTS which directly effect WE, THE PEOPLE from "CRIMINAL ACTS OF AGGRESSION & ACTS OF TERRORISM."

For such a MEMO to be taken seriously, missing the ELEMENTS REQUIRED BY LAW leaves a lot to be looked into by THE U.S. HOUSE INVESTIGATIVE ARM OF THE "HOUSE OF UN-AMERICAN ACTIVITIES."
