BILDERBERGER'S & CONTRA AFFAIRS BANKING DEALS (3)

After R. REAGAN'S death, many things are going to be EXPOSED which caused great harm to the Nation, to the Nation's International Credibility & International Good Will will finally come to THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION.

Many of the things which went on "under" the REAGAN ADMINISTRATION such as THE CONTRA AFFAIRS-ARMS FOR DRUGS and BANKING PRACTICES of the CONTRA AFFAIRS, and DOWNSIZING OF THE U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and STATE GOVERNMENT "RESPONSIBILITIES" of Constitutional Duties of Offices of Public Trust, which have proven to be very harmful to the United States of America.

What was "started" by the REAGAN ADMINISTRATION was "finished" by his Vice President George H.W. Bush (41) and JAMES BAKER III when the president PRIVATIZED THE INFRA-STRUCTURE of the U.S. by Executive Order 12803 of 1992. (See:

BUSH and James BAKER III, in attempts to RE-COUP their "banking & trading" monies; As the President, Bush gave "authorization" to use COLLATERAL which was not theirs to 'use'..in 1991 (see: 1991 BANK FRAUDS-BRADY BONDS).

Bush and James Baker III "thought" after the BANK ACCOUNT HOLDER (Col. Russell Herrman-Herman) of the CONTRA ACCOUNTS " was "dead;"
1. Everything COL. HERMAN was thought to have OWNED went back to the CI-LTD and was fair game.

2. Not only did they go for the REPUBLIC NATIONAL BANK "ANSBACHER TRANSFERS OF THE CI-LTD; CONTRA MONIES," reportedly in the amount of $17 Trillion Dollars,

3. They "miscalculated" and thought HERRMAN-HERMAN owned THE DURHAM HOLDING TRUST "Sovereign Debt Instruments known as Bonus Commodity Contract 3392 and Certificate of Indebtedness 181."

4. Just recently, the BUSH-BAKER TEAM discovered as did the GAIA-EKKER'S and others such as COL. AL MARTIN (CONTRA CI-LTD) the NEW YORK "BANKING FACILITATOR FOR THE "CONTRAS" and believed to work with GAIA-EKKER'S: "COL. HERRMAN-HERMAN did not own anything in relationship to what is called BONUS 3392-181 which is HELD IN TRUST."

Further "discovery" MR. BUSH & JAMES BAKER III have a propensity for unlawful "Powers of Attorney's" and further Abusing Powers of Offices of Public Trust, used on other people's Corporations and Bank Accounts in regards to what they "alleged" were HOWARD HUGHES Corporations, and COLONEL RUSSELL HERRMAN-HERMAN holdings, but WERE NOT.

Both Howard Hughes and Col. Russell Herrman-Herman were CI-LTD operatives. They were also "business partners"...in transactions NOT involving THE CI-LTD.

These "alleged" Powers of Attorney of JAMES BAKER III have caused problems in the "WHITE HAT CI-LTD" community; Which allowed for BLACK MAILING, and at times even MURDER of individuals by those conducting what we always called A BLACK HAT OPERATION to operate deep inside the U.S. Federal "Agencies" of the Fed.    It all did an about "turn" when IRANIAN ASSETS were frozen in the U.S. & Territories. The IRANIAN'S and others in the Islamic Community decided to "TURN THE BANKING AROUND, GET INSIDE THE FED. SYSTEM, AND "BANKRUPT THE UK & U.S. FED. R. BANKING SYSTEMS of the BILDERBERGERS aka THE BANKING CONTROL GROUP.

Perhaps it is "fortunate" indeed these individuals used "what appeared to be, but was not;" Our DURHAM HOLDING TRUST Sovereign Debt Instruments which are DULY CONSTITUTED (Authorized by Constitution(s)), because as these TERRORIST state in their own words: "ONLY V.K. DURHAM WOULD KNOW THE TRUTH."

It is however; Unfortunate excessive and Un-Constitutional efforts were used to COVER ALL OF THIS UP under HOMELAND DEFENSE and THE PATRIOT ACT.

The before-mentioned created; A CONSTITUTIONAL DISABILITY upon the entire Nation, and a BAD TASTE in the mouth's of THE GLOBAL COMMUNITIES.
