All in all this has been a very interesting weekend so far- I received a telephone call telling me that CongressCritters had passed an Act whereby they were to confiscate all Trusts such as the Farm Claims and the Herman Estate..and use them for the Treasury..
Well-- That sounded pretty interesting, but the CAVEATE EMPTOR; Congress & the States had their chance at the Herman Estate (Filed Sept. 6. 1994) and refused to allow it to be probated..the one year term expired...and March 1996 The Herman Estate "ceased"... the 24% portion of Bonus 3392-181 which V.K. Durham assigned to Cosmos Seafood Energy Marketing Ltd; Nevada ID# 1707-85 was returned to THE TRUST as was Cosmos Seafood Energy Marketing Ltd; Nevada ID# 1707-85 upon said Corporations Retirement and it was placed in TRUST also...for 'safe keeping'..
Regardless of how much BS the Ekker's put out for The Council on Foreign Relations and the Federal Reserve... Russell Herrman-Herman's Estate "ceased to exist" by the time they forged the signature and started putting out all those Counterfeit U.S. Debt Instruments for Bush-Clinton & Company spring of 1998.
Those Counterfeits were spread around the world like hot butter on toast... Once those Counterfeits were discovered to be worthless.. The U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve Bank Notes ($) were no longer the fair haired boys in the banking industry.
Streams of illegal aliens crossed our borders..not for jobs I suspicion.. They were crossing the borders to get to those warehouses and storage units full of arms and ammunition which had been stored for years.. Some had been buried at the Ekker's farm in Tehachapi California beneath the barn. In a letter from Doris Ekker's Secretary to Doris Ekker: "One was reported so large it was necessary to bury it in a pipe with coffee cans on each end. The wetbacks were nervous about burying the guns..and they took the wives and children and went back to Mexico."
For some reason or the other..it appears the Mexican People have not been told: "Mexico was paid 5 Million Dollars Gold for the former territory held here in the U.S. under the Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty." Now they want back what they allege was 'taken from them'...?! Forget it! The lands were purchased. Looks like the King and Queen of Spain had better fess up to their Mexican Peoples.. and it looks like SALINAS and VINCENTE FOX had better tell the Mexican People about the two $40 Million Dollar increments the U.S. sent to Mexico..

This weekend has been a very trying one..-to say the very least. I receive an email from a retired Diplomat raising hell with me because I made the statement (orally and in writing) "The Fed. R. is a Private Corporation." The man went into orbit over this statement.
The only good thing to come out of this weekend (so far) is the realization of what has brought about the current problems in Latin America, and why Latin Americas Sister Republics are turning away from the US.
Many of our Sister Latin American Republics believe the Federal Reserve Banking System is a U.S. Federal Agency.. Many of those Sister Latin American Republics have suffered the very same 'predatory banking' as have WE the People here in the U.S. We have lost those Sister Republics support as our neighbors, our friends in one way or the other while they were led to believe the Fed. R. was an Agency of the U.S. Federal Government.
The Private Corporations of Rothschild Banking known as the UK and US Federal Reserve Banking Systems have indulged themselves in changing of laws in the Latin American Nations..--and here in the united States, and those laws are in direct conflict with the Common Law or Constitutional Law the Law of the Land, the Supreme Law of the Nation.

These 'Communistic' thinkers have become teachers in our schools and universities...
