As with the U.S. & the UK today; A ECONOMIC WAR was progressing at that time. GERMANY (as with the U.S. & UK today) issued a ULTIMATUM to England. The Brits "turned down the ultimatum." GERMANY issued a MEMORANDUM "Proving England’s Guilt." England then; DECLARES A STATE OF WAR with GERMANY.

France's "French Yellow Book" also notes FRANCE issued her ultimatum also. Next came words of warning to Mussolini

Once the "Agenda" of overthrowing the CONSTITUTION'S of nations across Europe, those Nations Congressional-Legislative Members, who assisted in the Overthrow of Constitutions' were rounded up, nation after nation, taken out and summarily "executed."

Additionally; CONGRESS is being DENIED ACCESS by the new HOMELAND SECURITY AGENCIES to "information which Congress can make Constitutional Determinations" and being told by these NEW AGENCIES "THE INFORMATION IS CLASSIFIED?"

U.S. Senator Grassley, has responded that they are looking more closely into these "New proposed Acts." However, when Congress passed the HOMELAND DEFENSE ACT; they NEUTERED THEMSELVES from CONGRESSIONAL POWERS.
