BUSH-CHENEY TO BE INDICTED while Halliburton Threatens Army Officials who point out Contract Abuse.., Human Rights Violations in Iraq.., Conspiracy & Collusion to Bankrupt the U.S. of A. with Counterfeit U.S. Gold Debt Instruments, Espionage, Treason, Stacking the Supreme Court with 'cronies'.., Violation after Violation of Ricco Statutes and Murder for Profit, Extortion and Racketeering, Threatening a Federal Prosecutor (Patrick Fitzgerald)..: And..-- ELEVEN GRAND JURIES investigating all the above..sort of makes me sick to my stomach when (knowing the Constitutional Mandates as I do for these busters) the rest of the world sits quietly out of respect for the U.S. Constitution's Article IV. Sec. IV. Mandatory Republican (Self Governing-Democratic) Form of Government of the Sovereign Civil Governments of the Union of the Republics.

It is embarrassing for every American to be represented by persons who Abuse their Powers of Offices of Public Trust, and furthers the embarrassments when our International Good Faith is Abused here at home and abroad by those who live by no Law other than their own which is overseen by their own judges on the bench in the highest courts of the land. This is Abuse of Executive Rights and Privileges.

The President has no "Rights and Privileges" when it comes to being a party to, condoning, authorizing breech's of Duly Constituted Constitutional Mandates which represent the 'deeming by U.S. Fed. Governments 'privatized' agencies and their needs for NECESSITY OF STATE in changing the Laws and DISARMING the CIVILIAN GOVERNMENT making it a CONSTITUTIONAL DISABILITY when it comes to COMMON SELF DEFENSE whereas the We, the People shall, may, will, can DEFEND ourselves and our Sovereign Civil Republics "Against all parties, foreign, OR DOMESTIC."

Presidents, Vice Presidents, Secretaries of State, the Pentagon ..nor the U.S. House of Representatives have the "Duly Constituted" (authorized by the Constitution) to "Disarm the Sovereign Citizens of this Nation, this Republic."

In my own considered and qualified opinion I have reached the conclusion our leaders know nothing about the Constitution of the united States and the Contracted U.S. Constitution with the Federals, and they do not know what the word "Constitution" means.. It means LAW (Constitution) of the united States and U.S. Law (Constitution). Simple as that...

Our forefathers spent a long hot summer working out SEVEN ARTICLES OF LAW (Constitution) for the Federals to follow, abide by and not breach... The Preamble of The Constitution of the United States..:
    "We, the People* of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense,, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

 Later after much thought, due diligence and after thought the forefathers AMENDED THE CONSTITUTION and Effective December 15, 1791 the Amendments to the Constitution included the BILL of RIGHTS for this purpose::
   As provided in the FIRST TEN AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, Articles in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.
   The conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse (emphasis mine) of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added (emphasis mine): And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution." (emphasis mine)

Subversion of the Constitution and its Constitutional Authority and Willful, Malicious Intent to overthrow and take hostage the American People by imposing unconstitutional law, unconstitutional Rules and Regulations which 'have a pretext of law' driving Americans out of business making room for foreign corporations such as this excellent example of BRITISH PETROLEUM in state after state using the EPA and DNR as the ENFORCEMENT ARM which is designed to DESTROY COMPETITION allowing VIOLATIONS OF THE SHERMAN ANTI TRUST ACT and CLAYTON ACT SECTION 8 "MONOPOLIES."

This BP or BRITISH PETROLEUM has state by state driven 1000's of independents who paid taxes "out of business" by unlawful use of TAX PAYERS DOLLARS which was used against the TAX PAYERS by EPA & DNR across this land under Color of Law and Guise of Law alleging "Water Cleanup" and alleged leaking "Underground Storage Tanks". Independents were driven out of business to make way for BRITISH PETROLEUM and the UGST'S and "WATER" has not been cleaned up... Its all been a scam to drive out American Industry and American Competition.. and hold American's Hostage.

For these treaties international agreements other than treaties to be entered into with the deceptive and malicious intent to overthrow the Xth Amendment Government and are later discovered, they are NULL & VOID and OF NO EFFECT.

  Xth AMENDMENT GOVERNMENT defined.
  "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The States are not Sovereign. The People of the States are the Sovereigns and you will find this has already been set before the S. Ct. and it is in CONSTITUTIONAL RULING CASE LAW. 6 R.C.L. pp. 18-24. Stats. 6, 9, 11, 12 et seq'. In other words, these Constitutional Laws stand in RES JUDICATA (previously determined).

The 'shame of the ages' comes to each of us when our allegedly 'elected leaders' are totally ignorant of the heavy responsibilities of their Duties as Officers in Offices of Public Trust and abridge, set aside, negate, nullify (or try to) the Laws of the United States of America in favor of CORPORATIONS such as Halliburton, Carlyle, Monsanto, Wackenhut, British Petroleum (just to mention a few).

Just in these few sentences TREASON and SEDITION (when two or more conspire to overthrow the Government of the United States) can be seen...

I was told yesterday one more word had been added to the CHARGES against BUSH-CHENY etals... The word is ESPIONAGE.

I was told: After the President and his henchmen are Indicted...a "Constitutional Re-Instatement" Office is to be set up...

The CONSTITUTION is ALIVE AND WELL... She consists of SEVEN ARTICLES OF LAW which no one ever looks at or even considers... Plus: She has all her AMENDMENTS in tact.

Getting this Nation back on Track is simple. With the Fed. R. going down..repeal all laws back to December 24, 1913 (with exception of our original Civil Rights Act)...and that ought to get us back on track. It is a certainty the rest of the world would breathe a "sign of relief" to know THE LAW OF THE LAND is throwing out Madelaine Albrights as U.S. Sec. of State re-instatement of THE LAW OF THE SEA.
