Do you see that ATTACHE CASE sitting beside the CASKET? Good! That CASKET is not in PERU..nor was the ATTACHE CASE.. At that time, the COSMOS SEAFOOD ENERGY MARKETING, LTD; CORPORATION DOCUMENTS and THE CERTIFICATION OF BONUS 3392-181, THE BONUS COMMODITY CONTRACT 3392, AND THE "CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS OF PERU" were inside the Attache Case beside COL. HERRMANN'S CASKET!

Greenspan..underwrote the EURO with 'part' of the Collateral.. Reportedly G.H.W. BUSH was 'short' ..dabbling with THE EURO..
These Presidents by Constitution, have very limited powers..
BY CONSTITUTION:
1. They can receive dignitaries at the White House and hold receptions etc..
2. They can enter into Treaties international agreements other than treaties..On American Soil, and
3. They shall at all times make certain the People of the States are not abused by the elected representatives of said State(s), and
4. All Representatives of The People must by Constitution "disengage themselves from all companies, corporations, church group memberships, clubs, groups etc., which would create a possible Conflict of Interest while occupying the Office of Public Trust of We the People.
When these presidents can represent and keep representatives of NonGovernmentalOffices such as the Council on Foreign Relations, Central Intelligence Ltd. Corporation, Federal Reserve Banking Corporation and etals..actively engaged in 'hands on operation' of the Offices of WE the People while playing RUSSIAN ROULETTE with Global Banking, Global Financing and Global Economics with AL QAEDA OPERATIVES i.e., THE GAIA-Ekker's...allowing U.S. Federal Corporations and one of DURHAM HOLDING TRUST Corporations to suffer IDENTITY THEFT and block ALL INVESTIGATIONS... Requires Looking into..and I believe INTERPOL is actively engaged in that at the moment..
While all are playing around with USD (FederalReserveBankNotes..i.e., I.O.U'S)...and worrying about something that is hardly worth the time to think about... Let us all get down hard and dammed serious and DEMAND the Acknowledgement of the U.S. & LATIN AMERICAN DEBT PAYMENT BY "DEBT SWAP-DEBT CONVERSION" May 2003! That was in GOLD COLLATERAL used to PAY THE RANSOM on all of WE the People of the American Continent!
