As you know..my husband was the 'account holder' for the CI-Ltd Contras.
Men such as my husband, Col. Russell Herrman (Herman), U.S. Coast Guard/U.S. Treasury ...simply do not talk about what ever it is that they are involved in, or what they were involved in..not until there comes a time such as my husband experienced after he and his men concluded their investigation regarding MENA ARKANSAS-Clinton-Vince Foster-Childrens Defense Fund the first of July 1993.

Before the investigation paperwork could be filed, my husband was sprayed with what is thought to be Serine, by a passing auto..as he mowed the apron next to the highway..

He refused to go to the hospital because his reports had not been filed..

I was being threatened if he did not go to the hospital..he relented and allowed himself to be admitted into the hospital..

October 28, 1993..he was kidnapped and taken across state lines into the state of Missouri.

During this episode..he was strung up with meat hooks inserted beneath his collar bones..beaten, burned with ciggarets, left arm broken, left hand broken and a cattle prod shoved up his rectum by those attempting to torture him into 'signing off'..(have not determined if it was signing off on the CONTRA ACCOUNT(S) or . DURHAM INTERNATIONAL LTD; TRUST COLLATERAL.)

When my husband realized he was being 'targeted for murder'..he began telling 'little stories.'

U.S. Congressman, John Shimkus Office Staff screamed at me: "Your husband had no right to break HIS CODE OF SILENCE! Your husband was U.S. Treasury!"

I replied: "My goodness! I thought he was U.S. Coast Guard!"

"SAME THING! HE HAD NO RIGHT TO BREAK HIS CODE OF SILENCE!," came a response back..

At that time I responded: "Lady! I'm going to tell your happy ass this, here and now! If . I had given my word not to speak of anything, and that individual later had me kidnapped, tortured, strung up like a piece of beef, burned me with ciggarets, broke my arm and hand, shoved a cattle prod up my ass and later had my ass raped by a black man in the hospital!, you can bet your sweet ass I would breaking that f#$king Code of Silence and so would you!"

There is an INTERGOVERNMENTAL BRIEF titled LONG AFTER EDEN which all of you should know about..

There is information about Howard Hughes..and Russell Herrman (Herman) contained..and it goes back to ROSEBUD..

Not many people know or knew both men were SIOUX.. Both Russell and Howard's LAKOTA SIOUX family's had been at Rosebud.. and were masacred.. I did not know that until Russell told me about it..during his 'dying' period.

Howard had been a friend of mine through the years..as had Russell. I had known Russell since I was fifteen years old. The three of us were good friends.

Be that as it may..Both men were involved with the banks mentioned in LONG AFTER EDEN..
Both men (I was told) had worked through the years to 'Bring the Gold Home' to free this country from the Federal Reserve Banking System..

One of the Accounts which was held by RUSSELL HERMAN for CI-LTD in Republic National Bank, New York and .Anschbacker Bank..was the CONTRA ACCOUNTS and the one held at HARRIS BANK in Chicago..was what was RUSSELL'S share for the ARMS sales for the Contras..which should be the connection on to AMRO Bank in The Netherlands and Curasao.

The $27.5 Trillion is a 'drop' in the bucket.. "There was more than enough in Banks around the World ..to free the global banking systems from THE CORRUPT PRACTICES OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE".so I was told.

Both accounts were "frozen"..and parallel accounts were set up..and don't ask me who.. I was just told the accounts were frozen and new Underwriting was needed.. to get this country free from the Federal Reserve Banking.

Time the rest of you got off your rumps and did some Protecting and Defending..here on the Domestic side.
