You know.. I'm close to 70 years of age.. and never in my life have I seen Americans behave in such a fashion resembling a angry 'pack of wolves' ready to tear apart the president, the past presidents and associates..in regards to Executive Branch Behaviour both past and present.

These current 11 GRAND JURY investigations are results of "behaviour" in our Offices of Public Trust.. and it appears the President and past presidents just may be subjects of these investigations.. Who knows--Rumors abound..in the RUMOR Mills.

I see TOM FLOCCO is taking some flack over the alleged "22" indictments.. Are there 22 indictments...? Or, are there "23" indictments..? Or, perhaps what I heard is true.. I heard EVIDENCE WAS COMING IN TO THE GRAND JURYS SO FAST THEY COULD NOT PROPERLY EVALUATE AND MAKE INDICTMENTS ON THIS NEW INFORMATION WHEREAS IT WOULD "STICK"..ON THE "22" INDIVIDUALS UNDER SCRUTINY."

Fitzgerald had a expiration date which was mandatory to be 'met' and GRAND JURY Indictments...or SHUT DOWN THE INVESTIGATION.

Fitzgerald indicted the one he knew was "a sure thing"..and this allowed the extensions of time to "go around the Bush's" and dissect the prolific amount of evidence and information the Grand Jury investigations were receiving.. and he could come back to the "22" after the information and evidence was digested.

You know.. This sounds plausible.

The American *People and probably 60% of the Global Population are disappointed the "22" were not indicted: The *People are angry because OFFICERS IN OFFICES OF PUBLIC TRUST IN WASHINGTON have distanced themselves and become a distinct SEPARATE & APART entity from the We, the *People and only recognizing the *Constitution or the We, the *People when they are desirous of "impressing" someone..hopeful in the thought "someone might accidentally know there is a Constitution and Laws of the Land (U.S. Statutes at Large) that govern them and their behaviour, their ethics, their morals when they are in Offices of Public Trust of We, the *People.

Remember. When this type of anger and dissention shows its-self in a Nation.. The NATION IS AT HER WEAKEST POINT and RIPE FOR ADVERSARIES TO MAKE THEIR MOVES TO TAKE THE NATION AND ITS "UNHAPPY, UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE DOWN."

This has happened in nation after nation throughout history...

Our united States of America in Union United stands in that very jeopardy at this time.. She stands in jeopardy due to fraud, deception, predatory banking and Corrupt Politicians who’s only desire is to secure their NET WORTH in their RETIREMENT PORTFOLIOS.. and allow bribes and pay-offs which involves a group of Financial Terrorist putting out Counterfeit U.S. Gold Debt Instruments in the Philippines...

These individuals allege ownership of something which, in most part belonged to We, the People..but.. They forged the signature on the WRONG instruments. They forged Russell Herman’s signature on BONUS 3392-181 INSTRUMENT NO. 7309. Instrument No. 7309 is held by DEED...The Deed is owned and states same by V.K. DURHAM.. That was V.K. Durham’s 52%.

That left 48% . 24.4 % had been decided on by Russell which we had taken out of Cosmos Seafood Energy Marketing Ltd; Nevada ID # 1707-85 at the urging of Interpol on April 4, 1992.

The 24.4 % was agreed by myself and Russell that it should go to the American People and be used in each state at the discretion of the We, the People and not the Politicals. Russell left it to my discretion in regards to the 24.4 percent..because when he and I drew up our Last Wills and Testaments..they were set up in such a fashion of just inserting the name of one or the other.. Durham: Russell Herman had no signatory power on V.K. Durham's Property.

Did you ever think that perhaps the BLACKMAIL of the President and his family could possibly be related to those documents involving Two $120 Billion Dollar Gold Instruments which were underwritten by CANTOR FITZGERALD, moved out by GOLDMAN SACHS and to be used for 10 YEARS or "Until the U.S. Dollar was exhausted".. that was being investigated by ONI when the Pentagon was hit (so I'm told), and it was that particular office which was hit...

I froze and LOCKED the Gold Collateral Interest on BONUS 3392-181 DEED NUMBER 189934 filed of Record August 1, 1994 which contains Order 7309, Doc. No. 046 Certified by Peru August 21, 1989 to its calculated amount due from May 1 , 1875 to May 1, 1990 calculated by THE CIA ACTUARIAL SERVICES and NOTARIZED.

TWO ADDITIONAL SUB-TRUSTS were set up, the ACCRUALS OF GOLD COLLATERAL INTEREST moved into the Trusts and FILED OF RECORD and 7310 receives the collateralized interest which was frozen back to May 1, 1990.

This leaves room for THESE COMMANDER HATONNS to be dealt with..but no harm comes to the GOLD COLLATERAL INTEREST.

Recently.. I sat aside $500 Billion Dollars in Gold Collateral for the States of the Union of the Union of Republics. Time has come that we commenced setting these matters of importance to We, the People in order.. The Feds freeze us out and repudiate DEBT denying the Rights of the Creditor... That’s a LOAD if ever there was a LOAD! Only the Creditor can repudiate a debt..

The Fed can use "forged and counterfeit instruments on the U.S. DEBT INSTRUMENTS" being BONUS 3392-181 DEED NUMBER 189934. INSTRUMENT NO. 7309... and rip the hell out of Global Banking, Global Financing and Global Economics... cause prices of Oil and Gas to soar as they trade off OIL CREDITS to satiate these counterfeit U.S. Debt Instruments..and WE, THE PEOPLE are told "YOU CAN'T USE THE ORIGINALS"....
