The good Dr. Petith made this statement on a telephone call which was transcribed by the VA and a copy sent to the wife.. The wife recorded it of public record in Gallatin County Illinois and Washington County Illinois..as verification of a cover-up of a Homicide.
The wife also took THE CONTRA TAPES over to U.S. Senator Charles E. Grassley’s Sioux City Federal Office. While the tape was being played a call came in from the Senators Washington D.C. Offices.
