When our alleged elected public officials fly around the globe and sign Treaties international agreements other than treaties outside the U.S. of A. did you know that not a single Treaty or international agreement other than treaties are CONSTITUTIONALLY LAWFUL?!

DID YOU KNOW: TREATIES INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES BY CONSTITUTION i.e. "LAW" must be signed on American Soil and approved by the U.S. House & Senate!

Laid it all out for you..even gave you the Treaties and international agreements section 12087 which this entire mess operates out of... No one listened..

Instead of listening..it was best to "silence" the one individual who truly knew the TRUTH because all of this was done on what was designed to look like or appear to be her TRUST instruments.. This was an IDEM SONANS operation which made something look or sound like something else when it was in fact an INTENTIONAL FRAUD; Just like the Farms and Homes along with the Manufacturing and Industries that were lost back in the 1980s due to the S&L FRAUDS... and it was IDEM SONANS that was used by these SHYSTERS.

Many of you don't know what IDEM SONANS is... Blacks Law Dictionary defines it as:
IDEM SONANS: Sounding the same or alike; having the same sound. A term applied to names which are substantially the same, though slightly varied in the spelling, as "Lawrence" and "Lawarnce," and the like. (State v. Culbertson, 6 N.C. App.327, 170 S.E. 2d 126, 127). Under the rule of "idem sonans", variance between allegation and proof of a given name is not paterial if the names sound the same or the attentive ear finds difficulty in distinguishing them when pronounced. (Martin v. State, Tex. Cr. App., 541 S.W. 2d 605,606).

IDEM SONANS and Treaties international agreements other than treaties were used very successfully to defraud millions of farms, homes and business's from WE the People back in the 1980's. When the WE the People discovered our properties in FORECLOSURE over these IDEM SONANS situations.. and when we went to court.. Our homes, our lands were lost because THE MORTGAGES AND BANKS were "under treaties international agreements other than treaties" thusly violating THE LAW OF THE LAND (Constitutional) "RIGHTS" of We the People.

As with the S&L CRISIS... The Counterfeiters and WHITE HOUSE CONSPIRATORS will never be brought to accountability..because they REPRESENT THOSE INVOLVED AT TREATY INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES 'LEVELS'..
