CREDITOR & PAYOR OF THE U.S. & LATIN AMERICAN DEBT back on May 21, 2003... Nor do they make YOU THE PEOPLE who are members of WE, THE PEOPLE aware of the MISUSE OF THE U.S. DEBT SWAP-DEBT CONVERSION PAYMENT which was used to SHORE UP THE STOCK MARKETS instead of FOLLOWING THE SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT?!

There is no need for this WALL ST. PROBLEM... or WALL ST. HAVING "BAD HAIR DAYS"... They have brought it on themselves... THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR "PRIVATE CORPORATION PROBLEMS" DOWN ON WE, THE PEOPLE...EVER AGAIN!
