In all fairness; The Sovereign Civil Laws of each state of the Union have a UTILITIES SECTION. These UTILITIES SECTIONS of the states PROHIBIT FOREIGN CORPORATIONS FROM "OWNING PUBLIC UTILITIES" or "Utilities used within each state." House Speaker Dennis Hastert, if he truly represented the state of Illinois, would have full knowledge of these State of Illinois Civil Codes/Laws as cited 1947 editions, setting precedence for PUBLIC PROTECTION from PREDATORY "CORPORATIONS" IN THE ENERGY, WATER and GAS INDUSTRIES. PROTESTING "FOR THE RIGHTS GUARANTEED IN "THE FIRST AMENDMENT" further crying out established "U.S. Fed. Govt. , Quasi Fed. Corporations and "Old Boy Club" ABUSE OF POWERS and Violations of THE GENERAL WELFARE CLAUSE" to the U.S. Constitution, causes arrest and abuse of American Citizens crying out for "jobs, industry, manufacturing, corporations paying tax's on materials and product shipped in from outside the U.S., for lesser price and inferior quality than American Manufacturers and Producers can manufacture and sell?

These Corporations cut deals with the U.S. FED. GOVT. which allows those such as WALL MART (just one example, but prime), who prey upon communities driving TAX PAYING Mom and Pop Business's out of Business.

Mom and Pop Business's PAID TAX'S. The Tax's supported the needs for our Sovereign Civil Government's "Treasury's" for (a) Education (b) Health Care and (c) Infra-Structures."

Business's such as WALL MART "Inventory Goods" from suppliers/manufacture's. They rent shelf space have little or no overhead, employees are paid wages which do not meet the necessary "standard of living needs for quality life".. Then, believe it or not; WALL MART IS "GROWING and GROWING "IN CHINA MANUFACTURING" employing the same SLAVE LABOR PRINCIPLES "to import those slave labor made goods, back into the U.S., TAX & DUTY FREE" as our States cry out "WE ARE OUT OF MONEY GENERATED FROM TAX REVENUES?!"

Has anyone noticed HOW MANY SMALL TOWNS NO LONGER HAVE LOCAL OWNED SERVICE and GAS FILLING STATIONS, AND GROCERY STORES? Well! Get your heads out of the sand..and look around!

Have you noticed these new BP "filling stations" and "snack shops?" These BP stations also are big problems to American's...they are owned by BRITISH PETROLEUM touted off in commercials as "Better Product."

British Petroleum, went through state after state, cutting deals with THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND PUBLIC SAFETY... using the Environmental Protection Laws (Sierra Club earth worshiping "Gaia Cult") then brought in THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES alleging Clean Water Act violations, driving small PETROL-GAS STATIONS OUT OF BUSINESS making way for FOREIGN OWNED CORPORATIONS here in the U.S. Communities. This has happened across the United States in State after State.

Adding INSULT to a already INJURY; The States used "TAX DOLLARS" to "bankroll these FOREIGN CORPORATIONS?! Taxation without REPRESENTATION? Appears so!

Does it matter? NO! It doesn't matter because Bush used the certificates unlawfully, the contract unlawfully, and THE CONTRACT STILL SUPPLIES FUNDS TO IMF AND BANKS ALONG WITH THE SHORING UP OF MARKETS SO THAT EVEN YOURS LOOKS GOOD WHILE CHAOS AND POVERTY/BANKRUPTCY IS WHAT YOU HAVE--REALLY.
I think V.K. might even find this interesting--but why upset her more than what they have already done to her. PEOPLE IN OTHER NATIONS "WAKING UP" to these PREDATORY BANKING PROBLEMS and BIG CORPORATIONS supported by CORRUPT GOVERNMENTS.
