The following is what my (Murdered) late husband U.S. NAVAL INTELLIGENCE U.S. COAST GUARD-U.S. TREASURY- Agent-Officer, RUSSELL HERRMAN (HERMAN) was investigating. This is why he could not retire out in 1990-91 after TWO 20 year hitches in the Service of the Country which is supposed to be ours i.e., yours and mine.
He carried this investigation a bit further up to July 1st, 1993. On July 1st 1993; Russell came home stating:
"We caught the President's man (Vince Foster) and even got his flight schedules, the Grand Caymen and Swiss Bank accounts. I can finally retire. This investigation is over, and I can finally retire. All I have to do is fill out the paper work, then it is over."

We have asked for Federal Investigations since the MURDER in 1994.
1. The FBI "spent all their allocated money in their NEW OFFICES IN MOSCOW... they did not have the money to investigate and prosecute."
2. Every U.S. Congressman, and U.S. Senator, we have asked to investigate these CRIMINAL ACTS WHICH INVOLVE NATIONAL SECURITY; Has sent word down from their Washington Offices to their Local Offices "DO NOT INVESTIGATE."
3. The before mentioned will not assist in GETTING RUSSELL HERRMAN (HERMAN) Military Records restored in order that I can receive his Pensions and Benefits.
4. The before mentioned will not assist in RESTORING MY OWN WORK HISTORIES which have been DESTROYED in the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES "DATA BASE"..
Chicago FED. R. BANKING and NEW YORK Fed. R. Banking have truly allowed THIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY of ORGANIZED CRIME which reach's all the way to THE TOP of what is fast becoming "A NATION OF ORGANIZED CRIME BOSS'S".. as a remnant of ATTEMPTS TO STEAL "THE CONTRA AFFAIRS "MONEY ACCOUNTS"...
All the torture which was induced to, and on the person of COL. Russell Herrman (Herman) the CONTRA ACCOUNT HOLDER for CI-LTD (see:

He would not sign off on something he had no signatory power over. He was tortured from August 29, 1994 up to and including the wee hours when he was MURDERED about 8-10 hours prior to the time WE were finally allowed access to the body on September 5, 1994.
Russell's men in THE U.S. COAST GUARD, U.S. TREASURY, CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE, U.S. NAVAL INTELLIGENCE, and at THE PENTAGON have never been told the truth about what happened to him and WHY certain things which were "on schedule to happen" did not happen because RUSSELL was not there.
