To further plead the Ekker's case... the latest "Encrypted Message & Chosen method of Communication rag known as CONTACT: THE PHOENIX PROJECT JOURNAL" latest issue contains DECLARATIONS from John Ray, Jean Ray and John P. (Jack) Jones each attesting "Under the penalty of perjury" that their statements are "TRUE."

For those of you "comparing notes" in regards to these "EKKER" and BOGUS GOLD INSTRUMENTS written on our BONUS 3392-181, read the Declarations written by the Ray's and Mr. Jones. Then go to our DOCUMENTS FILES... Check out the date of the RENEWAL OF THE ONE YEAR EXTENSION for the PLEDGE AND ASSIGNS. Then take a look at the date's on John and Jean Ray's "Resignation from The Durham (Intl. Ltd;) Holding Trust (TIAS 12087)."

John and Jean Ray "Resigned" when the ONE YEAR TERM expired, and was refused to be renewed due to the "Doing business with nations under sanction by the U.S. Government transactions of the Ekkers and Rick Martin".. Which, was brought to a VOTE by the TRUSTEES "RENEW" or "DO NOT RENEW."

The TRUSTEE'S "VOTED".. The "Vote was a "tie"... My vote broke the TIE. The PLEDGE & ASSIGNS were NOT EXTENDED.

If someone is going to DECLARE UNDER THE PENALTY OF PERJURY such as the propensity of this GAIA-EKKER CULT or "Space Ship Commander and "Ground Crew".. It is strongly suggested LOOK AT THE PERJURY issues..and "tell the truth"..because.."GROUND CREW;" "PAPER WORK OR THE PAPER TRAIL; MR. JOHN P. Mr. John P. aka Jack Jones writes a pretty scathing DECLARATION also. He writes "He left his computer and printer at my home."
Mr. Jones also denies in his DECLARATION UNDER THE PENALTY OF PERJURY "ANY PAYMENT OF MONIES" FOR ("HIS ASSIGNMENT") helping the "Widow Herrman-Herman" in her hours of "need" after RUSSELL'S MURDER.

I am most certainly glad "Mr. Jones, stated under Penalty of Perjury; The Computer belonged to him." Contained in Mr. Jone's computer are the CORPORATE FILINGS of MR. JONES "Corporations" whose RESIDENT AGENT "CORT CHRISTIE of NEVADA CORPORATIONS HEADQUARTERS.." was also the EX- U.S. DEPT OF THE TREASURY "AGENT'S "AGENCY" connected further with "researching seasoned corporations for THE GAIA-EKKERS which would be later incorporated by the GAIA-EKKERS in this Jakasu type operation in the International Banking Circles.
Mr. Jones' computer records of his CORPORATE FILINGS with CORT CHRISTIE of NEVADA CORPORATIONS HEADQUARTERS state "$50,000 was paid by Cort Christie to Mr. Jones-Corporation for services rendered."

Wonder how much the RAY'S "would have been paid" to help the WIDOW HERRMAN?

For $50,000... Mr. Jones, his corporation, the Ray's etc.. Were well compensated for this "venture" orchestrated by GAIA EKKERS for the TAKING OF DOCUMENTS FROM THE HOME FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS "INTERNATIONAL GOLD & BANKING FRAUDS" which has been going on since that time.

$50,000 paid to Mr. Jones.. Wonder how much was paid to the RAY'S for the COPYING of DURHAM-HERMAN'S PERSONAL & CORPORATE DOCUMENTS in the "MESSED UP OFFICE" acknowledged by Mr. Jones; Who incidentally, currently work for CONTACT: THE PHOENIX PROJECT JOURNAL..."The Encrypted Message" Cult paper of THE GAIA-EKKERS?

Oh, Well... We can, if necessary; Post MR. JONES' "CORPORATE DOCUMENTS" where he files the $50,000.00 paid by Cort Christie.. if it becomes necessary.. Including "letters and post cards etc" from JOHN & JEAN RAY which are most certainly not as indicated and DECLARED UNDER THE PENALTY OF PERJURY in the latest CONTACT: THE PHOENIX PROJECT JOURNAL.

One thing is for sure and certain; Now that we have posted a few of our DOCUMENTS on this site..THE WORMS ARE COMING OUT OF THE WOOD-WORK... every one is trying to get away, and out of the ROTTEN "GAIA-EKKER "WOODS"..

This reminds me of little children "NOT ME! I DID NOT DO THIS OR THAT!" Give me a break..John, Jean, Jack, Doris and E.J... THE PAPER TRAIL is "SAFE"... The lies, your threats, your trashing of me because THE TRUST would NOT GRANT EXTENSIONS on the "One Year term Pledge and Assigns" which were used by Saddam, Iraq, Malaysia, Indonesia, S. Africa etc, and the whatevers..is in your own PAPER TRAIL.
