This recent load which was dumped on us regarding the FILIBUSTER and PRESIDENTIAL APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES is the second attempt by the Presidency of the U.S. to overthrow the U.S. STATUTES AT LARGE Codification regarding THE AMERICAN JUDICIARY ACT of 1789.

The first attempt was back in FDR's Administration..when he BULL SHIPPED the NEW DEAL into place and ram-rodded "The Agricultural Act" aka EMERGENCY POWERS down the throats of WE, the People under the guise of "Putting a chicken in every pot" of starving mass's of We, the People.

Times were so desperate..it was an "Almost anything goes" time back in those days... The Rich got richer..and the Poor got poorer as THE EMERGENCY POWERS which was designed to take away the ability of WE, the People to PAY THE "ALLEGED" NATIONAL DEBT to the TRIPOD of W.R. Grace, J.P.Morgan and Rothschilds Federal Reserve Banking Systems which was due and payable in "American Gold Dollars."

The latest attempt to overthrow the Constitutional united States of We, the People by the CORPORATE HEADS all of us watched the arrogant so and so's..in their "battle" regarding FILIBUSTERING over PRESIDENTIAL APPOINTEES as 'judge's.'

To make it simple for all of you who have suffered the LOSS OF HISTORIC BACKGROUND of this CORRUPT CORPORATE (BILLIONAIRE BOYS CLUB) presidents & alleged judges on the bench in the Courts of We, the People... Yes! COURTS OF WE, THE PEOPLE! We own those suckers..the feds and states do not.. WE, THE PEOPLE ARE THE RECOGNIZED SOVEREIGNS TO WHOM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS THE "COMPACT"..and that is already pre established in CONSTITUTIONAL RULING CASE LAW adjudicated; 6 R.C.L. pp. 18-20 Stat(s). 6 and 9. You might as well go take a look at the entire SUPPLEMENT to RULING CASE LAW (three volumes) VOLUME 2. CONSTITUTIONAL LAW (1921) and get hunkered down to know WHAT IN THE HELL YOUR RIGHTS ARE and WHAT IN THE HELL THESE "CORPORATE CROOKS" are forbidden to do!

Changing the CONSTITUTIONAL FORM OF GOVERNMENT is not one of the Constitutionally allowed things of the alleged three branch's of this screwed up U.S. Federal Government!

Nor, as a matter of fact is DEBT AVOIDANCE by CHANGING THE LAWS.
