For the American People to even think about casting their SACRED VOTE for anyone alleging to be a DEMOCRAT, prior to casting that VOTE (hopefully by paper ballot so it will be a counted vote, not a computer generated fraudulent vote), a REVIEW OF HISTORY should be considered, very, very carefully.

In regards to William J. Clinton, Democrat and Ex President of the United States of America;

1. President Clinton, refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

2. President Clinton, terminated U.S. Attorney Generals abiding by the Constitutional Laws, in each state, replacing with those who would do his bidding, he forbid states Governors to pass Laws (Will of the Sovereign People) of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained (GAIA EPA driving all American Industry out of the Country, taking of private properties under Color of Law by Rules and Regulations including the Anti Gun Laws); and when so suspended, he utterly neglected to attend them.

3. He refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation (Ramsar Treaty, American Heritage Rivers Initiative, State & Federal Matching Funds) in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

4. He called together legislative bodies (national and foreign) at places unusual (USSR breakdown, he welcomed Yeltsin "to the Rich Mans Club" with a hug), uncomfortable, and distant (China, Russia etc) from the depository of their Public Records, for the soul purpose of fatiguing them into compliance (with unconstitutional treaties intending to over throw the IX & Xth Amendment Government) with his measures.

5. He through discouragement, dissolved our U.S. House of Representatives ability to Act in behalf of the People repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people, encouraging the Legislative Bodies to make laws without Constitutional Authority against the Will of the People (GATT & NAFTA were opposed by the Will of the People "1,000 to 1").

6. He refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large at the expense of loss of jobs, loss of infra structure, loss of industry, loss of manufacturing, loss of educational abilities, loss of housing, loss of health care, loss of financial and economic capability by Unconstitutional Treaties sending American Industry outside the Continental Limits of the United States, whereas no Revenue could be returned into the treasury by taxation on imported goods from said American Corporations in foreign lands.

7. He endeavored to prevent growth of Manufacturing and Industry of these States; for that purpose of obstructing the Laws of Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to discourage their migration hither, allowing foreigners to immigrate to take American jobs at lesser wages than American Citizens with families and children to support, could afford to take while American Citizens were forced to take the lesser paying jobs, both parents were required to work to support the family needs, leaving the children unattended (Save the Children, took the American Children out of control of the parents who were both working to support the children, who could be taken away at the "whim" of this act of Save the Children), and raising conditions of new Appropriation of Lands and taking of private properties.

8. He obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for established Judiciary Powers of the Judiciary Act of 1789, replacing same with the silent usage of the prohibited, unconstitutional attempt to overthrow the Judiciary Act of 1789 known as the Judiciary "Reform" of 1937, privatizing the courts under the power of the President of the United States.

9. He made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries, circumventing the Constitutional Right by Will of the People to vote upon the laws of their states, counties, villages, towns, cities under the laws, which they desired to live under as civilized societies.

10. He erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers (GAIA- Sierra Clubs' Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Transportation, Department of Natural Resources etc) to harass our People with excessive and abusive charges resulting in heavy exorbitant fines, which ate out the sustenance and substance of the American People.

11. He kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies (foreign in nature) without the consent of lawful legislatures in our states, chosen by the Will of the People.

12. By his actions he affected to render the Federal Government & Military independent of, and superior to the Civil Power of the Sovereign Civil Government of the People of the United States.

13. He combined with others (through treaties) to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their acts of pretended legislation; Acting in Color of all Law; Imposed tax's upon us without our consent, encouraged foreign importing of goods of inferior quality, and lesser price than the American Manufacturer and Producer could produce and manufacture, thereby discouraging American Manufacturing and Industry.

15. His actions deprived the American People the Rights of the ability to work, enjoy the fruits of their labors, in quiet enjoyment of the America pursuit of happiness.

16. His newly designed agencies, clothed with federal powers, deprived many Americans of the benefits of Trial by Jury by the abolishing of our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments.

17. He gave American Sea Coast Ports to foreign nations, and burnt to death at WACO those practicing the Religion of Choice, and destroyed the lives of our People.

18. He transported large armies to compete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely parallel in the most distant regions of Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina beyond the American Constitutional Jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Government, against the Will of the People.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions were answered only by repeated injury by the imposition of Repugnant, Unwholesome, Unconstitutional "Rules and Regulations" allowed to over throw the Constitutional Rights Retained in the U.S. Statutes at Large by Color of all Law "Rules & Regulations" imposed by quasi U.S. Federal Government Agencies operating under the Federal Powers against the Sovereign Civil Governments of the United States by Will of the People.

This is history repeating its-self. The progenitor of these 18 cites were first addressed July 4, 1776 in the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE.
