I know this sounds strange..but, the articles posted on both before mentioned internet sites informing the Court of International Public Opinion..of Counterfeit U.S. Debt Instruments helped making a Clear and Present Danger very obvious to France's President, Mr. Chirac, which ultimately stopped another potentially disastrous DREYFUSS AFFAIR type situation such as back when W.R. GRACE the WAREHOUSEMAN OF PERU'S GUANO-NITRATES short billed the Bills of Laden and the very respected French Shipping family the family of CAPTAIN ALFRED DREYFUSS suffered un-ending disgrace by W.R. Grace's and his cohort's being J.P. MORGAN and ROTHSCHILD BANKING'S dishonesty.

France is all too familiar with this "exercise" in taking over of nations sovereignties, and if the truth be known the cause of the War between Bolivia, Chile and Peru ultimately causing Peru to go into Bankruptcy and a 60 year receivership to THE TRIPOD before-mentioned, while young Captain Dreyfuss fought for his life, and his family's good name.

I thank the French Intelligence for keeping Mr. Chirac informed as to who the true owner of BONUS COMMODITY CONTRACT 3392 and CERTIFICATE OF DEBT NO. 181 really is.

Thanks to President Chirac, and French Intelligence; The EU did not become another Argentina, or Latin American DISASTER resulting from Prime Bank Instrument Frauds aka Counterfeit U.S. Debt Instruments and NOT NOW PERFORMING Gold Debentures.
