This article is powered by the First Amendment. I did not see a word that said: Shut down all manufacturing, Industry and Producers..import everything and put everyone on Welfare....

The passage of Intolerable Acts brought widespread demands for a congress of all the American colonies. On June 17, 1774 Samuel Adams submitted to the Massachusetts House, then assembled at Salem, a resolution that "a meeting of committees from the several colonies on this continent is highly expedient and necessary to consult upon the present state of the colonies... and to deliberate and determine upon wise and proper measures to be by them recommended to all the colonies for the recovery and establishment of just rights and liberties, civil and religious, and the restoration of union and harmony between Great Britain and the colonies, and that such a meeting convene in Philadelphia September 1.

Oppression and Despotism are the two most frightening words in the English Dictionary. Those two words only come into play when Sovereign Civil Governments of the Constitutional Mandatory Article IV. and in particular Clause 4., have literally been 'usurped' ...from the People.

By gum and by gollies that Old Constitution which Abe Lincoln contended "She should be taught in our schools, from the pulpit and shouted from the highest roof-top".. is written in every day good old fashioned English.. She does not contain a lot of fal-de-ral, she just gets to the point and says what can be done and what cannot be done by these 'elected (a-hem)' officials... And; THE CONSTITUTION IS AS ALIVE TODAY as she was when our forefathers "WRIT" her.
Did you know the Constitution is a WRIT? Just for the heck of it...Go and pull out the oldest (Webster, Bouviers) Dictionary and look up WRIT. Take your time..and get to understand what a WRIT is...it goes back to the Old English Writ of Law. Then you will find mention of QUO WARRANTO.. "from whence comes your authority"... The Authority is spelled out in the WRIT of Constitution-Law which contains those SEVEN ARTICLES OF LAW governing what political bodies can do, what they cannot do.
You might be surprised; A LOT OF TREES could have been saved if knot heads had not "interpreted" that for which is not 'allowed' interpretation..for "it is as it is written"..and it is written in good, old fashioned, every day "COMMON ENGLISH" for the Common Man/Woman to understand..because it was written out of COMMON SENSE and made COMMON LAW under the VIth Amendment being "The Law of the Land."
Gosh almighty... When this country was founded about every household had a set of BLACKSTONE’S COMMENTARIES. These were the laws which this country was founded under... Our forefathers brought them all the way from England..and drew heavily upon those Laws and the Magna Carta.
And now.. We, as a Nation have come almost full circle..and we are close to BACK TO THE BEGINNING; Because 'something that was not broke was felt as needed to be fixed by those in Offices of Public Trust'...
Many of our leaders who were cutting deals they had no Constitutional Authority to "cut"..
The President (Clinton) and Vice President (Gore) went out into the land and spoke to our young in our colleges saying: "The Constitution is an old, outdated, outmoded instrument. It is no longer applicable to the needs of this nation. It is outdated, cumbersome and needs to be done away with because it hinders international trade."
It appears these two youngsters forgot their Oath of Public Office and Duty to those Offices which states: "I (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that as (name of office) will uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against all parties, foreign or domestic." Didn't say a word about "doing away with the Constitution;" Did it?!

FREE TRADE was never intended by the Constitutioners. Taxes and Tariffs were intended to be paid on Importing which was intended to support the elected officials in Offices of Public Trust, both state and federal; Nor was a jobless, impoverished American Citizenry intended by the Constitutioners...who were made "jobless" and "Impoverished" by select Corporations operating in CONFLICT and MONOPOLIES and CONTROLLING PRICES in violation of THE SHERMAN ANTI-TRUST ACT and CLAYTON ACT. SECTION 8.
The Laws are in place..its just finding a judge who has the BALLS to enforce these LAWS and U.S. HOUSE MEMBERS who have the BALLS to REPEAL BAD ACTS OF CONGRESS which deprive the former Allies of the United States of America and U.S. CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPAL-PRINCIPLES of a REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT, and the American People of their Rights...down to the very basic and that being THE RIGHT OF PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS which means "WORK AND MAKE A DECENT LIVING TO LIVE THE AMERICAN DREAM"...
