House Members, Grassley, King and Paul.. Do you remember the words to the Oath of Office of Public Trust each of you swore upon the Holy Bible that you would "Uphold, Protect, and Defend the Constitution of the united States, against all parties, foreign or domestic"...?
Gentlemen. In defending the Constitution, you are also required to protect those more commonly known as the Civil Governments of the states, being those with whom the Compact between the Civil Governments of the states and the Representation Body of the Federal Government. This is THE CONSTITUTIONAL RULE OF LAW... You will find it in CONSTITUTIONAL RULING CASE LAWS THREE SUPPLEMENTALS published in 1921.
Gentlemen; DO YOUR DUTY even if the president will not do his, and UPHOLD, PROTECT & DEFEND... or are you going to remain under the TITLE 38 "OATH TO THE PRESIDENT?"
As you already know, this is going out to thousands of people.. It is time this madness stopped.
You have allowed Repugnant, Un-Constitutional 'law' to encroach into and onto our Constitutional Rights, Liberties and Freedoms under THE PATRIOT ACT...under the 'guise and color of all law' called: NECESSITY OF STATE.
You have allowed Repugnant, Un-Constitutional 'law' to encroach into and onto our Constitutional Rights of COMMON SELF DEFENSE when you allowed 'laws in the guise of law and color of all law' to DISARM the American People.
You have allowed Repugnant, Un-Constitutional 'law' to encroach upon the Constitutional Rights and Liberties of WE the Xth Amendment Civil Governments of the states in Union when allowing of the 'Making of Repugnant, Un-Constitutional Laws without the Permission and Express VOTE of the Civil Governments in each state of the Union'..
Now, WE the People of the Sovereign Civil Governments of the Union of Republics..stand in HARMS WAY.
Hopefully this 'Misconstruction and Abuse of Powers of Offices of Public Trust' will be recognized..and this current madness stopped before it worsens.
We have already been down this road TWICE in our American History... while Germany went down it twice also.. Lets not go there again..
Simply remember; Those who assisted in overthrowing the old Constitution of Germany to make way for the THIRD REICH were taken out and summarily executed by those who 'overthrew' the old Constitution...
