GODS' TRUST COLLATERAL WAS MISUSED

This Trust does not belong to V.K. Durham, nor does the Gold Collateral. The Trust did not belong to Russell Herrmann/Herrman/Herman. The Trust belongs to God. V.K. Durham is only the individual with the pencil with the blue ink. This Trust was committed to God many years ago. Why was it committed? Decades of researching the misery of mankind brought about by the W.R.Grace, J.P.Morgan, Rothschild Tripod predatory banking which has brought misery, unrest, disruptions of civil peace, loss of lives, loss of rights is more than enough reason, to easily bring about the commitment of committing the Trust to do Gods work easing the misery brought about by the before mentioned here on the American Continent, and elsewhere around the globe by restoration of industry, manufacturing, jobs, housing, health care, education, new energy sources, preservation of natural habitats, preservation of rights, freedoms and individual liberties.

The Trust was set up to walk hand in hand with the Constitution of the People of the Sovereign Governments of the united States of America and her protectorates/territories. It has specific Purpose and Intent spelled out in its Articles which the U.S. House of Representatives have a copy of the Recorded Trust, and have had it, in hand since June 1997. It was sent to Speaker Newt Gingrich and other Members. Gingrich resigned shortly there after.

24 percent is designated for the United States and Canada. Another 24 percent is designated for everything S. of the U.S. Borders to stabilize infrastructures and economies.

I wrote about this being GODS TRUST several years ago. The Counterfeiters who sometimes pen articles under one of their 21 alias's.. one of which is Hatonn also known as Doris J. Ekker, wrote: "My god is not V.K. Durham's god. V.K. Durham wants to do battle with me! Bring it on up, V.K." This coming from someone running all over the Philippines trying to make the Muslim Community believe they are "true Muslims" as they lie, steal, forge and counterfeit gold bank instruments which are well known globally to be "worthless."

May 21st, 2003 two $6.5 Trillion Dollar "Gold Collateral Instruments" were issued by this Trust. One of the $6.5 Trillion Dollar Gold Collateral Instruments was for the payment of the U.S. and Latin American Debts with the "contingency" being; Return all Mortgages and Deeds to the American People which were taken outside the U.S. the week of December 20t, 2002, and Return the American Infra-Structure sold off, privatized and otherwise conveyed pursuant to Ex. Ord. 12803 of May 4, 1992.

The second instrument was for GLOBAL HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS. This was to stop little children from going hungry, being forced into labor, being torn from their parents, to allow jobs, industry, manufacturing for the people to properly have good paying jobs, to properly house their families, for both parents to properly raise the children, for health care, education and so forth. This was also a $6.5 Trillion Dollar Gold Collateral Instrument. It was intended to DO GODS WORK to help GODS PEOPLE.

$1 Billion in two $500 million dollar increments were also issued for the purpose of setting up offices for the GLOBAL HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS.

The week of June 12th, 2003; Mr. Rothschild of London House "signed off" agreeing to the DEBT SWAP-DEBT CONVERSION "PAYMENT OF THE U.S. & LATIN AMERICAN DEBTS, as did The U.S. Dept. of the Treasury, The Fed. R., The White House and the CIA Offices in Spain.

Instead of using GODS COLLATERAL for the purposes stated and identified; Specific Performance Criteria was "down the tubes." By June 16, 2003 the Stock Markets were booming once again.

The GLOBAL HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS were also set aside, children still go to bed hungry, and are forced to do slave labor, as families are shuffled hither, thither and fro..around the globe.

Everyone has attempted to make GOD a Dirty Word, or to discredit his very essence-being. Not me! I would never be that disrespectful of the Sovereign God Almighty, the Creator of the Universe. No sirreee! Not me!

Gods collateral was "misused." "I have always contended; Leave it alone. God will handle all of this, in HIS WAY." No need to fret, or attempt to right the wrong.. These individuals feel they are Above all Law and bigger than God himself. We are watching the rewards for MISS-USE OF GODS COLLATERAL.

Those who misused the collateral have misused and abused all mankind. Now; I leave them to God. He will handle this mess, as per usual... This is the first time in many years God has had a voice in affairs of His People.

This is a ongoing battle between Good and Evil we are experiencing. Gods Will be Done. It's His collateral, I am just the signatory. You will find no person close to me who will not tell you "This is Gods' Trust, not V.K. Durhams."

In closing, I say; Good luck Greenspan & Company in your attempts to "buy up all the counterfeit gold instruments you, the Ekkers, and your people allowed out in the banking industry. Remember, Mr. Greenspan & Company; You were not authorized to use the collateral for the purposes for which it is currently being used." Of course; God realizes the other FIVE COVENANTS which were broken by these people. I believe His cup over-runs with these "breaking of Laws and breaking of Covenants/Agreements."

We sit, and watch which power is the greater; Greenspan & Company or
God.

It is reported; Mr. Greenspan & Company are desirous of "buying the trust to get control over all the collateral."
