Today, Friday, August 29, 2003 the GOP at Boise Idaho took a "whack" at Attorney General John. D. Ashcroft stating "he has gone too far" with the requests for more "powers" for the Patriot Act. Ashcroft wants more power," said state Rep. Eberle (R.-Post Falls), who has drafted a resolution critical of the Patriot Act. "What a lot of us in Idaho are saying is, "let's not get rid of the checks and balances." People out here in the West are used to taking care of themselves. We don't like the government (federal) intruding on our constitutional rights."

This gets pretty interesting, for it happens the same day Judge Moore takes a stand regarding the "Upholding, Protecting and Defending the Constitution (and Bill of Rights) of the United States, against all parties foreign and domestic" he is confronted by those who also took the Oath of Office of the Judiciary Body pursuant to the BILL OF RIGHTS VIth Amendment http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=519

Perhaps the American People, should get up petitions around the country for running Judge Moore for PRESIDENT and consider that ole boy from Idaho that "don't like the government (federal) intruding on our constitutional rights as a running mate. Judge Moore, and this State Rep. Charles Eberle (R-Post Falls) so far, are the only two who have taken their Oath's of Public Office of the People "Seriously."
