Ord. 11109 of May 27, 1963 where the President Ordered: "The U.S. House of Representatives to re-open the House Investigative Division to investigate "Un-American Activities in regards to suspected activity of U.S. House Members back to the 1947 "sessions" which were, actually the Breton Woods Agreement-IMF-GATT Agreements at that time. The president suspected "selling out the U.S. House of Representatives Law Making Powers" to "private individuals and corporations" for personal gain to those U.S. House Members back in 1947.

Every American Citizen is painfully aware of what happened to JFK and the Union of the Republics of the United States of America afterwards.

We are also painfully aware "The U.S. House of Representatives in Congress Assembled, never did as the President Ordered. The House of Un-American Activities was never opened to investigate what has become Organized Crime at the highest levels of the U.S. Federal Government "Agencies" such as Non Governmental Offices, The U.S. Federal Reserve and The U.S. Foreign Federal Reserve Banking Systems, Council on Foreign Relations, Enron (the scandal of unparalleled, unprecedented historic past) who's officials occupy offices in the current White House.

A very interesting statement is found in the before-mentioned article [quote] Page 3 of 5, paragraph 5:

It appears, my hell raising with the Islamic & Chinese Central Banks, the UN, the Organization of American States..paid off. My husband, Russell Herrman aka Herman (U.S. COAST GUARD, U.S. NAVAL INTELLIGENCE, U.S. TREASURY), former CEO, Cosmos Seafood Energy Marketing,Ltd; Nevada ID#1707-85, was kidnapped and tortured, October 28, 1993, taken across state lines from the state of Illinois into the state of Missouri by those attempting to obtain his "signature" on documents involved in this Counterfeit Ring, issuing Counterfeit Gold Instruments out of the Philippines.
October 28,1993, Herman was missing and unaccounted for from aprx. 09:15 hours until aprx. 21:57:27 hours. During that MIA period of time, he suffered the following; Per Herman, (witnessed) November 17, 1993 [quote] Meat Hooks inserted under his collar bones, strung up like a piece of beef, beaten, left ribs broken, left arm broken, left hand broken, burned with cigarettes, and a cattle prod shoved up his rectum. But, I did not sign off on the documents [end quote]."
As a matter of record: Mr. Herman possessed NO independent signatory power on the Commodity Contract "Bonus 3392 181" being that which the Counterfeit Gold Instruments are written on, without authorization.

If these Counterfeit Gold Instruments are to be "covered aka guaranteed by the Trust" there will be heavy negotiations and concessions on the part of the ones involved. If they are not amenable, they were big boys when they got into this mess, they are big enough to get their tillies out of this mess. If negotiations are not met and satisfied, we will surely have a global war over these Counterfeit Gold Instruments. The murder of my husband must be reconciled to my own satisfaction."
