SAYING "NO" WAS SAID "TWICE" here in America. It was first said in THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. NO was seconded when the Southern States seceded and raised the STARS & BARS the flag of the states saying NO.

Lost in history, is what the STARS & BARS represented. The "X" or BARS represented the Xth (10TH) AMENDMENT. THE STARS REPRESENTED THE SECEDING STATES.

GETTING RID OF THE "STARS AND BARS" got rid of the 10TH AMENDMENT "REMINDER" OF STATES SOVEREIGNTY "RIGHTS."
