One way or the others most Americans are immigrants from other Nations who came here seeking Justice, Equal Protection of the Law and The Right to Worship The Religion of Choice.
Is history repeating its-self? Are WE the People becoming as the American Cherokee Indians who suffered "Manifest Destiny" and were pretty close to coming extinct as their lands were taken away and they were marched Westward on a TRAIL OF TEARS.
Think about this because it is relevant; The U.S. Federal Government prior to moving the highly educated, wealthy landowners, Cherokee Indians allocated the money, food, blankets, tents etc necessary to move the American Cherokee Indians West. The 'food, blankets, tents etc' never reached the American Cherokee Indians as they were forced on this death march which moved them from their homes and their land. The men, women and children starved and froze to death because the U.S. Federal Governments 'allotments of food, blankets and tents..--never came.
Far too many times History Repeats its-self when it comes to food which one works and earns money to buy or raises it on the land, blankets ( needed for warmth derived from energy sources these days) and tents which have become Housing.
Few have noticed ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS have;
1. FOOD. Replaced the American Worker (remember the Cherokee) depriving American Workers the ability to earn the monies to purchase the foods necessary to sustain his/her own life and the life of his/her loved ones.., and
2. ENERGY. Americans are being herded by the "cost of gas & energy" where they cannot move about or heat and cool their homes..formerly the Tents of the Cherokee... and
3. LAND. The American Owned Lands (and homes) became subject (as the Cherokee) when the NEIL BUSH & THE KEATING FIVE S&L Crisis stole lands, homes, mineral and WATER Rights during the 1980's..
a. Deceptive and Malicious treaties international agreements other than treaties were entered into by the President of the US. This resulted in the allowing of Foreign Banking which was allowed to be brought in and jumped State Lines in Violation of each Sovereign States "WE the People's" State Civil Laws.
b. These Deceptive and Malicious treaties international agreements other than treaties were so designed as to set themselves above THE CONSTITUTION-LAW OF THE LAND and Judges were appointed to DENY WE THE PEOPLE our Xth Amendment Law of the Land as our homes, lands etc were being stolen by PREDATORY BANKING of these foreigners hiding behind TREATY LAW.
WE the People have become as the CHEROKEE. The corruption in our representative government accompanied with CONFLICT OF INTEREST, EXERCISING OF POWERS OF OFFICE'S OF PUBLIC TRUST; NOT GRANTED, VESTED OR ENUMERATED BY THE CONSTITUTION such as Executive Order 12083 of former President GHWB which can be read at

The U.S. House of Representatives know better than to allow this unlawful selling off and privatizing that which belongs to the Xth Amendment Government and is protected by the Civil Laws of the Xth Amendment Government of the united States. However, remember; When our Representatives get to Washington and take a drink of the Potomac Water...they lose all sense of what their Duties are to the Constitution of the united States and their Duty to WE the People.
Lawful Immigration vs. Un-Lawful Immigration.. Few individuals are aware that shortly after the Constitution was put into place..
(a) The Codification of Law of the Land was by the JUDICIARY ACT of 1789. You can find THE JUDICIARY ACT of September 24, 1789 in U.S. Statutes at Large, Vol. 1, p. 73 ff.
(b) IMMIGRATION ACT (Laws) were also put into place shortly there-after, and
i. Original Immigration Law states:
"No individual (Company) shall own land or do business in the united States without having first taken the Oath and having become a Citizen."
(c) Immigrants must have a 'sponsor' and an employer who will be responsible for the immigrants maintenance and upkeep should he/she become un-employed or ill.
i. The immigrant must speak English so as to not disrupt the Educational Systems of the united States.
It is believed the "doing business" would further qualify and relate to ILLEGAL ALIENS taking jobs which were formerly done by American Citizens, and
The illegals speak Spanish disrupting English Speaking Educational Systems and American Business's.
There is a Right way and a WRONG way to become a Citizen of the united States; Disturbing the Civil Peace by boycotting, Marching and carrying FOREIGN FLAGS is hostile aggression against WE the People... It is ILLEGAL. These ILLEGAL ALIENS have no CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS guaranteed to them which allows them the same Equal Protection of Law; NOT UNTIL THEY DO IT THE WAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE DONE... Apply for Citizenship and take the Oath which is:
"I do solemnly swear to uphold, protect and defend the Constitution of the united States against all parties, foreign and domestic."
