The ability of Mrs. Doris J. Ekker alluding to be a COMMANDER HATONN of the SPACE FLEET from out yonder..somewhere in the galaxy making statements such as "We gathered here are all Muslims. We have gathered to begin the fabrication of documents which will take the global banking, financing and economics hostage. Only V.K. Durham will know the truth."

The tape recordings ramble on from "peenching noses" by Commander Hatonn... to involvement of one dubbed as "Manny" and another as Prince Bandar who was alleged to have put up 20% of his nations wealth to back this project of the COMMANDER HATONN aka DORIS J. EKKER and her 21 Registered Alias's, along with an individual identified as a "TIPAN" which would be a Chinese affiliation.


The TIPAN could possibly be one Leo Melamed, once head of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange..and tied to RAHM EMANUEL formerly with the Clinton Administration. This would explain the parties mentioned in the PUBLIC NOTICE of GLOBAL ALLIANCE INVESTMENT ASSOCIATION and the threats to 'expose' those who objected to their (counterfeit) operation. See:
