It is in comprehensive these "Derivatives" have been allowed to go this far ..without anyone checking out the documents of the alleged "Collateral Owner."  Checking the documents of the individuals who allege to 'own' the Collateral.. which is easily verified by checking Clark County Nevada County Records August 10, 1998, Official Records 980810 Instrument: 00323.

When checking the before-mentioned, one will find this is filed simply as a 'historic document' not a document of Ownership Title.  One will further find Copies  of a Deed, The DEED is owned by V.K. Durham.. not the individuals who have written what is reported as $749 Trillion Dollars in US DEBT Derivatives.. on what 'looks like' and has the appearance of being the DEED of Record..

That DEED is held in Durham Holding Trust, Tias 12087..  Ida Grove, Iowa, and Filed of Public Record.. both in Nashville, Illinois County Records Instrument 189934 filed August 1, 1994.., and Filed of Public Record Ida County Iowa Public Records, Ida Grove, Iowa.
