Ladies and Gentlemen;

You, and I have been seeking the same answers regarding THE PHOENIX PROJECT. I am seeking the "answers" for a similar purpose, paralleling yours. Let me explain who I am. I am the widow of CI-LTD (Central Intelligence-Ltd); Account Holder for the CONTRA MONIES; General, and/or COL. (depending on what was required of which ranking officer, and which uniform was hanging closest) Russell Herrman aka Russell Herman. Russell Herrman aka Russell Herman was the CEO of Cosmos, Seafood Energy Marketing Ltd; ID#1707-85 who was kidnapped, tortured and ultimately murdered by those seeking to gain control over what was "thought" to be "owned" by HERRMAN aka HERMAN CEO. Mr. Herrman aka Herman CEO had NO independent signatory power to assign that which would have "Jump Started" the FOURTH REICH.

Several things have been attempted to "Jump Start the Fourth Reich"...such as;

1. ROSEBUD. Rosebud was a Code Named operation which, again "originated" out of the Las Vegas, Phoenix Arizona area in the late 1940's and early 1950's; and

a. This was implemented by a few Former, U.S. Treasury & U.S. Military Officers, Bankers, Politicians (National and International) who were influenced" sufficiently to "enter unconstitutionally into the Bretton Woods Agreement re: General Agreements on Trades and Tariffs (GATT)formulated by the KEYSNIANS (Communist Organization) of England during the years of WWII.

b. During WWII Winston Churchil in his enticement for support of his good friend and staunch ally JOSEPH STALIN stood on the Floor of the English Parlament stating; "There is no greater proponent of Communism than "I". This statement brought the United States into WWII, formerly "being ignored" by President Roosevelt, and

c. President Roosevelt & Wife Elenor (German Lineage) were good friends of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. The Duke and Duchess would visit the Roosevelts often at HYDE PARK. At Hyde Park in the seclusion of the President's Hyde Park Residence, Messages from the THIRD REICH would be passed on to the President by the NAZI sympathizers..Duke (German Lineage) and Duchess of Windsor (American Society Social Uppercrust (as they called themselves at that time).

d. The BRETTON WOODS AGREEMENT (highly touted by the reportedly and alleged NAZI leader here in the U.S.A. i.e., Lyndon LaRouche as much needed to be continued) commenced in 1945, by 1947 "123 Nations" subscribed to the AGREEMENT"..in Hati.

e. The Bretton Woods Agreement, was the commencement of OVERTHROWING the Constitutional Government of the United States, i.e., The People by the Federal U.S. Government entering into "TREATIES INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES" on the "side-bar" of Constitutional Law thereby creating an entirely new SYSTEM OF LAW in the United States to accommodate the "BRETTON WOODS AGREEMENT-GATT-IMF" of 1947.

f. Adolph Hitler and his KEY NAZI'S and those who SYMPHATIZED with the NAZI PARTY knew..; The United States could never be conquered as long as the CONSTITUTION'S "LAW OF THE LAND" provisions remained in EFFECT"..

g. It became necessary to CIRCUMVENT the LAW OF THE LAND of a Constitutional Government of the United States by entering into Treaties International Agreements Other Than Treaties which the U.S. Courts per Article VI is "Constitutionally" BOUND to UPHOLD.

h. THE NAZI GOLD was recovered by the U.S. ARMY ENGINEERING CORPS 1945-47) hidden in the underground caves.., as was much of the Stolen Art.

i. This NAZI GOLD was specifically set aside for THE FOURTH REICH's future "arising from the ashes of the Third Reich as the "PHOENIX" which is evidenced as the LOGO on all documents, publications of THE PHOENIX PROJECT of the CONTACT news paper aka and aka's "HATONN" The alleged Space Ship Commander and his Fleet of Space Ships..complete with GROUND CREW minions"..who keep the publications going publishing HATE and SEDITIOUS materials regarding Jews, Blacks and The United States of ISRAEL.

ii. ROSEBUD; THE PHOENIX PROJECT; THE FARM CLAIMS; OMEGA..and arising from the ashes once again THE PHOENIX PROJECT currently ongoing by Doris J. and E.J. Ekker as Corporate Officers of the GLOBAL ALLIANCE INVESTMENT ASSOCIATION (Makati, Philippines) who found it necessary "after" the "murder of CEO Russell Herrman aka Herman" of COSMOS SEAFOOD ENERGY MARKETING LTD; ID # 1707-85 to "Unlawfully Incorporate COSMOS SEAFOOD ENERGY MARKETING, LTD; ID#1707-85 (a Nevada Corporation) and the U.S. Fed. Govt. Corporation "THE MULTILATERAL "INTER-AMERICAN INVESTMENT CORPORATION" which facilitated the PAN AMERICAN NATIONS and their banking systems.

iii. The NAZI GOLD having been "turned over" by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. DEPOSITED INTO THE "SWISS BANKS"..IN THE CO-JOINED ACCOUNTS OF THE UNITED STATES; ENGLAND; RUSSIA; AUSTRIA AND FRANCE; Left the FOURTH REICH without "Gold" to emerge once again into the INTERNATIONAL BANKING & FINANCE SYSTEMS with the PHOENIX PROJECT aka PROJECT PHOENIX.

iv. THE PHOENIX PROJECT aka THE FOURTH REICH needed GOLD. THE "ONE TIME ONLY BONUS 3392-181 COMMODITY CONTRACT; MORTGAGE ON PERU; LIENS, JURAT" BECAME THE "TARGETED" SOURCE FOR THE "NEEDED GOLD OF THE FOURTH REICH." It became necessary to MURDER the person thought to have the Signatory Power, CEO of Cosmos Seafood Energy Marketing Ltd; Russell Herrman aka Herman and then INCORPORATE the Nevada Corporation COSMOS, SEAFOOD ENERGY MARKETING LTD; ID# 1807-85" to continue with THE PHOENIX PROJECT aka PROJECT PHOENIX of the FOURTH REICH.

v. As Mrs. Ekker who is duly registered in Kern County California Auditor Controller-County Clerk's Office under FICTITIOUS BUSINESS NAMES as;

** This is only to mention a few of Mrs. Ekker's names being used to bilk an unsuspecting public from their Pensions, Federal Benefits, Trusts, Properties, Bank Accounts, Gold and so forth.. Of which, these are determined as CONTRACTS." The Ekker's lodge these Contracts IN THE BANKING SYSTEMS and continue to build THE FOURTH REICH'S "PROJECT PHOENIX" off the backs of unsuspecting victims, most of whom are elderly, without immediate family, or without family support, living alone, and short term life expectancy's.

Continuing on; to wit

2. The Phoenix Project. The Phoenix Project was a "sub" to the ROSEBUD after "Rosebud" was exposed and became "known" .., and

3. The PHOENIX PROJECT then spun off into THE FARM CLAIMS a "sub" to Rosebud, and The Phoenix Project, and

4. The OMEGA PROJECT (CLAIMS) then became a sub for all the before mentioned.

5. Church of the OVERSOUL also originating out of Las Vegas Nevada, which entices as do the EKKER'S of the PROJECT PHOENIX persons to put into THE OVERSOUL TRUST their properties, homes, bank accounts, farms etc..which again are CONTRACTS which can be BANKED AND LEVERAGED in the THIRD REICH'S PROJECT PHOENIX" arising out of the "Ashes" of the THIRD REICH "PHOENIX"the logo of the Ekkers used for the CONTACT: THE PHOENIX PROJECT JOURNAL a Nevada Based Organization & Corporation.

  This FOURTH REICH "EKKER-HATONN" has no respect for HUMAN LIFE..no allegiance to the United States of America to wit; If there was a modicum of allegiance to the United States of America by the EKKER's aka HATONN; Space Ship Commander and Ground Crew... As current residents 10,000 miles from the Jurisdiction of the United States; The Ekkers continue to PUBLISH HATE MATERIALS in the Contact: The Phoenix Project Journal regarding V.K. Durham, Jews, Blacks, The President of the United States past and present, and other U.S. Government Administrative Officials occupying OFFICES OF PUBLIC TRUST and anyone who challenges their Organized Criminal Activity in the International Banking & Finance Industry in the Islamic & Asian Development Banks..in what is called by Mrs. Ekker (lady of more than 21 names) as "THE UNITED STATES OF ISRAEL."
