IT'S JUST A GOD-DAMNED PIECE OF PAPER?!

The conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as further extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution."

It's taken 214 years for the NEO CONS to dumb Americans down then try to do exactly that which the fore-fathers set into the PREAMBLE as prohibited which is 1. Misconstruction and 2. Abuse of Powers, and 3. Destruction of Public Confidence by attempting to enact THE PATRIOT ACT which is an excessive, abusive, repugnant UNCONSTITUTIONAL DEPRAVATION OF RIGHTS guaranteed by the BILL OF RIGHTS.

Regardless of what excuse made by THE CONTRA'S... We are hopeful the U.S. House and Senate review their own powers in regards to the Duly Constituted Law making powers which that GOD-DAMNED PIECE OF PAPER allows by grant, vesting and enumeration.

THE FIRST AMENDMENT grantees: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"...
     That’s pretty powerful! The Patriot Act effectively nullifies and voids the First Amendment.

THE SECOND AMENDMENT guarantees: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
    The right to bear Arms has been and is being denied by laws set forth and made effective after 27 little children were burned to death in WACO by excessive, misconstruction and abuse of 'power'..

THE THIRD AMENDMENT guarantees: "No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law."
    The PATRIOT ACT has and does allow listening devices and monitoring devices to invade our homes, our private conversations on our telephones which is forbidden by the Law of the Land and defined as "entrapment" or more specifically found in the Fifth Amendment which was specifically put into effect after the entire civilized world was outraged over the brutal treatment of JOHN LILBURN in England by STAR CHAMBER COURTS of that time. It was that outrage over the brutalities which brought about the "Fifth Amendment"..

THE FOURTH AMENDMENT guarantees and protects that abuse defined in THE THIRD AMENDMENT (each of these Amendments support and hinge on one another), to wit
  "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and persons or things to be seized."

There goes the "Fourth Amendment" if the PATRIOT ACT is allowed to be passed or extended! Everything from your grandma's under-garments in the upper dresser drawer to your bank accounts, your telephone records, your notes, memorandums, fax's, and little notes on Birthday Cards, Get Well Cards and right on down to notes on your refrigerator door are subject to this PATRIOT ACT, and if one of those offices enforcing the PATRIOT ACT is pissed off at you or your family... YOUR RIGHTS no longer exist...and your fresh meat in situations such as those infamous prison camps we have been hearing about.

The FIFTH AMENDMENT guarantees: "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when actual service in time of War of public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

The FIFTH AMENDMENT provides for DOUBLE JEOPARDY? What’s this stuff of trying individuals in Criminal Courts and when they cannot get a conviction to the satisfaction of the 'you know who's" ....They turn around and sue the same individual in the Civil Courts... SAY WHAT!? DUH! What is it these nit-wits do not understand about "shall not"...?

THE SIXTH AMENDMENT: "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, within district shall have been previously, ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of Counsel for his defence."

DOES THE PATRIOT ACT provide protective measures for We, the People as prescribed by THE COMMON LAW i.e., CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, the LAW OF THE LAND as set forth in THE U.S. STATUTES AT LARGE?

ARTICLE VII provides: "In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of Common Law.

This is just SEVEN of the AMENDMENTS of the BILL OF RIGHTS... one tied to the other to secure those very things described as:

The CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES We the People* of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America..."

Everything guaranteed and held "Inviolable" meaning it is too sacred to be tampered with or violated.. will be taken away by this PATRIOT ACT.

The Patriot Act takes away THE SECURED BLESSINGS OF LIBERTY, THE DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY which we ourselves have enjoyed and which we pass on to our Posterity (our future generations).

Now! About "THAT GOD-DAMNED PIECE OF PAPER"...!

That GOD-DAMNED PIECE OF PAPER as President Bush calls it, is defined in
CONSTITUTIONAL RULING CASE LAW to wit;

And this is just a few..of thousands of Constitutional Ruling Case Law which sets precedents forbidding the attitude of these U.S. House Members, the U.S. Senate and THE WHITE HOUSE That THE CONSTITUTION IS JUST A GOD DAMNED PIECE OF PAPER!

It's pretty damned clear THE CONSTITUTION IS MORE THAN A "GOD-DAMMED PIECE OF PAPER!"

TO CONSPIRE TO DO AWAY WITH "THAT GOD-DAMNED PIECE OF PAPER" which secures the Rights, Blessings of Liberties and Freedoms of the WE, the People of the 10th Amendment Government..is a BREACH OF CONTRACT and OUTRIGHT TREASON!

The Constitution of the united States of America "forbids" the Unconstitutional Patriot Act, and THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UK forbids it also.
