Regarding these 'presidents' of the United States and these 'Executive Orders'..  It is assumed they are bright enough to know where to go for access to these Executive Orders.. but, as we all are sadly becoming aware..some of these presidents lately are not the brightest lamps on the floor.

As most are aware; The Spanish Cartel Representative/Foreign Treasury came to visit the TRUST back in Y2K.   During that particular visit the TRUSTEES were told [quote]: "Bush has just been anointed the next president of the United States.  We know what his father has done.  When Junior is sworn in as the president and sits down at his desk in the oval office, he will sit down and do as he is told, or else.   The Durham Holding Trust is to stay out of Europe.   The Queen's MI-6 have the stolen instrument which belongs to the TRUST.   That is the Queen's way of keeping the TRUST out of Europe. [end quote]."

Mad as hell, I stated: "Tell  the Queen to return the instruments.  The instrument has been bastardized and is no longer recognized as a Lawful Instrument.   When the chips fall..someone is going to find it necessary to bite the bitter pill for the murder of my husband (Col. Russell Herrman (Herman), and who ever has that 'bastardized original' is the one who murdered my husband.

The Queen of England and her 'Knights' Sir George H.W. Bush, Sir Alan Greenspan, Sir Colin Powell, their children, agents, nominees, designees, Central Banks, World Bank, IMF, HSBC, Saudi Central Banks, China's Central Banks, Latin America's Central Banks and etalliis have had more than ample warning..: "Durham Holding Trust, Tias 12087 stands Hold Harmless, which includes WE the People of the Xth Amendment States of the Union of the Republics of the united States of America"  regarding the issuing of Fraudulent U.S. Debt Instruments under the 'color' of the AlQaeda.

When this TRUST was approached to assist in the RESOLUTION of PUBLIC DEBT the U.S. NATIONAL DEBT i.e. PUBLIC DEBT was to the penny was $2,602,337,712,041.16  October 30, 1988.

This alleged 'debt' has become OBSCENE DEBT allowed by those who do not represent the WE the People..but themselves.

It appears, Ambassador Leo Wanta is working on the same DEBT figures..

At what point in time does the Xth Amendment Government of these states in Union of the Republics of the united States 'KICK IN' and assume some responsibility for their STATES and quit bitching about the small things..  as ILLEGAL ALIENS are brought into your states by such as GOVERNOR VILSAC..to take your jobs, your social security identity, your homes..and your health care etc..and live 8 or 9 in a house..not having to produce legitimate social security numbers at banks such as WELLS FARGO and ship all the money outside the U.S. of A. as heaver burdens fall on all of us?

I deliberately did not post the full site on Executive Order 12631.  I wanted to see how many of you were paying attention..  It appears quite a few were paying attention and sent emails telling me it would not open..or sending me other sites where the Executive Order 12631 could be accessed.. I have always been extremely careful to be polite to people. But I am receiving arrogant phone calls from people who have no knowledge and who have axes to grind.
