September 30, 2004, I received my update from JUDICIAL WATCH which states in part and I quote:
   "Former President Bill Clinton and Sen. Hillary Clinton, in a last ditch effort to avoid charges of fraud, conspiracy and unjust enrichment, have appealed to the California Supreme Court two lower court rulings that a lawsuit brought by our client Peter F. Paul may proceed. The appeal , filed in late August, is the Clintons' latest effort to delay the first-ever civil lawsuit against a former president and a sitting U.S. Senator" [end quote].

 This JUDICIAL WATCH posting consists of 2 pages.

In all probability, many of you became upset over yesterday's article, but, GUESS WHAT!?, YOUR GOING TO BE EVEN MORE UPSET when you find these BUSTERS are not conducting affairs IN YOUR BEST INTEREST!

The PINOCHET and Kissinger information should prove something even to the "thickest of heads"..
