November 1, 2003 is day after tomorrow.. That is the day chosen for me to semi-retire, and finish the book which I committed to writing back in 1987.

Actually, more than 270 pages are already written recalling the time when this breaking financially of the american people commenced its "jackbooting" in the banking industry, starting with the S&L's which was A INSIDE JOB very efficiently executed under PROJECT TROJAN i.e., A RECALL CHIP. The S&L's had been audited 30 days prior. The Recall Chip when activated showed the S&L'S to be in THE RED.
Much information came from my all time favorite companion, dearest friend, and most worthwhile conversationalist (Russell Herrman-Herman (Contra Account Holder), and would sit for hours discussing THE VIET NAM, BO GRITZ^(Click), KUM SUNG "GOLDEN TRIANGLE" Black Ops Operation, and El Salvador, San Salvador and other Latin American U.S. CIA DRUG RUNNING and MONEY LAUNDERING Activities, and the current events that we were watching unfold, very fast, before our own eyes.

While on the other hand, much came from my own personal experience, what I saw, what all of us in S. California watched as the Mexican and Indian Ranchers kept losing lands by this, or that, or whatever else was the "drummed up excuse" by the powers that be to cause the lands to be lost.

It is supposed, this new age thinking, thought; If it works in S. California, it will work all over the country.

This new "formula" commenced between 1979-81. Those of us in the Real Estate and Building Industry knew something was in the wind, because the Laws which held everything in the California Real Estate, Building and Financial Markets, suddenly went to hell in a hand-basket. Everything that had been "Illegal" before, suddenly became LEGAL. Clients could not be protected from these "new foreign banking and mortgage companies who were allowed to conduct interstate business state to state, while not in compliance with the former laws which held the predatory banking at bay."

Well, this new model formula was set into motion, worked out just as it had been planned.. The United States of America went into a tailspin, and 2.5 million American Farmers averaging 2.5 per household were lost. Then, there was between 85 to 90 million home-owners who lost their homes, to which another 2.5 persons per house hold can be added. Approximately 65 million business's were lost. I believe the correct figure on "count" on business's is 5.5 per unit.

California did so well on this "programmed project".. hundreds of thousands of homeless were sleeping in the streets, or under the overhead pass's on the freeways.

California's "programmed PROJECT TROJAN (such as in the Greek "Trojan Horse)" in displacing TAX BASE of home owners, land owners, farmers, rancher's, small business's worked so well; PROJECT TROJAN, MOVED RAPIDLY ACROSS AMERICA.

Big "Foreign" Syndicated Cartels moved in on the farms, homes, lands etc. American's were displaced citizens in their own Country.

This commenced back during 1979-1980. It is currently 2003.

This PROJECT TROJAN, New Age Movement of National and Foreign Corporate and Banking Control moved on SMALL BUSINESS'S who might, would, may, could give them competition. Small mom and pop gas filling and service stations were primary targets for BP (British Petroleum). The States had what was called INCENTIVE PROGRAMS. The Incentive Based Programs (JOINT USE and CAFRA FUNDS http://www.rumormillnews.com/cafr1/CAFR.htm) was TAX DOLLARS collected from the american tax payers to pay for infra structure needs, and to be used "for no other purpose's." Those TAX DOLLARS were used against the TAX PAYERS to fund the incoming business's, which was driving the small TAX BASE BUSINESS'S out of business, while these LARGE CORPORATIONS were given TAX BREAKS to COME INTO THE STATES in competition with; Those had to be driven out of business as TAX BASE ENTITIES supporting STATE GOVERNMENT and State/County Infra-Structures.
