He was asked for his name and telephone number. "He could not give out his name and telephone number" he states.

You can imagine how far that "flew." GARRY STROUD called TOM GANZ of the Washington County Illinois County Records in Nashville, Illinois at (618)327-8314, to inquire about DEED NUMBER 189934 as filed in TOM GANZ'S WASHINGTON COUNTY RECORDS. Tom admitted the DEED 189934 was filed, BUT; HE DID NOT WANT TO DISCUSS THE "REGISTERED OWNER" with MR. STROUD.

DEED NUMBER 189934 in ORIGINAL FORM, shows the ADDRESS of the OWNER/SIGNATORY i.e., V.K. DURHAM, AUGUST 1, 1994, and NOTARIZATION on the BOTTOM OF THE DEED.

MR. STROUD then proceeds to call CLARK COUNTY RECORDERS OFFICE at (702)455-3156.. The DEED NUMBER 189934 was recorded on page 13 file no. 980810.00323.

A copy of this CLARK COUNTY FILING page 13; THE DEED IS "ALTERED" not reflecting the Address, or the NOTARIZATION on the bottom of the Deed.

Millions of Americans lost their HOMES & FARMS by this type of activity of RECORD TAMPERING and ALTERATION OF TITLE INSTRUMENTS during the 1980's and 1990's.. BUT!
