Recently U.S. Senator Robt. Byrd proposed a Bill requiring it be made mandatory for everyone to be taught the Constitution. It appears the Senator has discovered the same thing as I myself and approximately 290 Million other Americans belonging to WE, the People, that there is too darned much interpretation of the Constitution going on in these so called higher levels of government...and our Country is going to hell in a hand basket because of the "Interpretations""..

Also, recently; Governor Vilsac of Iowa in his response to the S. Ct. Decision regarding TAKING OF PEOPLE'S PROPERTY for development purposes made the remark (loose translation).. "This is not a state decision to make this must go to Washington and Washington must make the laws regarding these matters."

Too much "interpreting" of the Constitution has gone on for years.. Ch. Justice Wm. Rhemquist knew this, he still does.. That is why he is staying on as Ch. Justice of the U.S. S. Ct.. because years ago..he made the S. Ct. Ruling "The Constitution is as it is written. It is not to be interpreted." Which I believe was a 1985 decision..

To insure the "interpreting" would Cease and Desist the making of DESPOTIC, OPPRESSIVE and UNCONSTITUTIONAL "laws;" I decided it was time WE, THE PEOPLE had access to long ago, long got rid of, long hidden TRUTH of the REAL PURPOSE AND INTENT of the Constitution...
