If you take a good, long hard look at this current global banking, financial and economic situation, the counterfeit gold instruments, those involved, what you will see is a humongous upside down pyramid of victims.

These Victims, include financial officers, bank underwriters, stock market's, central banks, national and international banks and the list just goes on, and on in this upside down "pyramid" fraud scheme of counterfeit gold instruments, fraudulent incorporation, using other people's corporations, other people's bank accounts, other people's names ad infinitum.

Today, November 28, 2003, I conclude my research and investigation into these matters of gross violations of Constitutional Law, Executive Order Privilege, Acts of Congress, and in particular Acts in Conflict of Interest by Offices of Public Trust, Abuse of Powers by Officers of Offices of Public Trust all who were, in one another "encouraged to conduct Acts not in compliance with law" by those who blackmailed, extorted, murdered for profit involved in Criminal Acts in violation of the RICO STATUTES as defined in the U.S. CRIMINAL CODES of TITLE 18, further extorting the Constitutional Rights and Civil Liberties from the American Citizens, and citizens of other ALLIES of the United States of America.

This before mentioned activity, has brought to mind the once great United States of America and that which she as a Nation, presented to other nations and represented to other nations of the world; A Nation of Constitutional Laws, not a nation of men.

The United States of America has lost her long admired Code of Ethics, Morals, Integrity, Honesty of a DEMOCRATIC FORM OF GOVERNMENT. Our leaders must take a strong hand to the Helm of the Ship of State, and in doing so, once again, becoming a Nation recognizing its "Duty and Plighted Faith"..-- A nation of leaders, once again, recognizing the fact Duties of Offices of Public Trust are serious duties, and "these are not obligations to be taken lightly" by a Responsible Form of Government doing its Duty, in the eyes of the International Community of Nations, and only at such time, in doing so, regains the trust and good standing amongst nations of the world.

In the eyes of other nations, the United States of America does not practice that which she preach's i.e., Equality, Liberty and Justice. She has gone far off the original course set for this "Ship of State" structured by the founding fathers, setting up a Constitutional form of Self Governance by a Free People, which set forth a beacon of light followed by those People of other nations whose "ships of state were floundering in troubled waters of dictatorships, corrupt leaders etc."

How did all of this happen? The answer is simple.. Too many cooks in the kitchen stirring the pot. One cook had to add this ingredient, another added another ingredient, then another, and another..until they SPOILED THE BROTH.

The too many cooks, situation involves those who thought they were "authorized" to do banking transactions just by "associated persons" associated to others at high level U.S. Government Offices. Drop a name here, another there.. The DEALS got done, with the simple NAME DROPPING by those closely associated with those at high level U.S. Government Offices. The name dropping, or "association" was sufficient.. THE DUE DILIGENCE WAS NOT DONE.

This brought about "mistakes".. The mistakes had to be "covered up".. But, those who made the mistakes and covering up, also found themselves victimized by blackmail situations. They were on the "hook."

Everyone in the International Banking, Financing and Economic Industries globally; Know something very terrible has happened which has brought the global banking, financing and economics to near collapse. They also know THEY WERE VICTIMIZED into believing other than the truth.

How do these "victims" straighten out this mess? The mess can be straightened out, as soon as the Victims cease being threatened by the perpetrators with being accessories, stand up and acknowledge THE VICTIM STATUS in which they were put.

That is the only way this current global mess can be straightened out.

Hopefully, there are still good men and women out there who will address the victimization process, addressing same in the Banking, Financial and Economic Communities of their respective nations.

Until such time, the United States of America will never enjoy her Credibility and Good Standing amongst the International Communities of Nations.

This will be my last article in regards to Counterfeit Gold Instruments and Global Banking, Financial and Economic Frauds..

It is time the good men and women of our own nation, and other nations who were victimized by this group of Counterfeiters..come forth and address their VICTIMIZATION clearing their good names from "accessory to the fact" status.

There is a vast difference between being a VICTIM, than being "Accessories to the Fact."

A long remembered typing exercise: "Now is the time for all good men/women to come to the aid of their country." How many times have we all typed this phrase, only to find, in our later years; No truer statement could be made.
