   "We, [The United States] have statutorily gone onto a fiat money standard and as a consequence of that, it is inevitable that the authority, which is the producer of the money supply, will have inordinate power."
   Fiat money is with no backing, money that is not redeemable for gold, silver or any other commodity.
   The term 'inordinate' is defined as 'exceeding reasonable limits' or 'disorderly.'
   Mr. Greenspan then went on to explain that the Federal Reserve's power simply results from Congress avoiding their Constitutional duty to 'coin' money.
   Mr. Greenspan said, "We, [the Fed] don't have any capability whatsoever to do anything without the agreement or even the acquiescence of the Congress of the United States. [end quote]"

MAXIM OF LAW: HE WHO ACQUIESCES HIS RIGHTS, LOSE THEM FOREVER.

As Congress acquiesced it's Constitutional Duties, Predatory Banking Practices swept across the land from Coast to Coast, Border to Border of the united States and the United States. Systematically State Civil Codes which protected the Sovereign Citizens of the states from FOREIGN CORPORATIONS were over-rode by Federal Reserve Rules and Regulations and influence of the Rich and Powerful influencing the acquiescence of Congressional Duties of Offices of Public Trust Offices of the Government (Sovereign Citizens of the states) of the united States through Breach of Duties of Office and Conflict of Interest with the Sovereign Government by Acts of the "Federal Government Offices of Public Trust" in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The well known Breach of Public Trust comes in the form CONFLICT OF INTEREST by COMPETITION between the Sovereign Citizens and their Companies, Corporations doing business and Companies/Corporations of the U.S. Federal Government.

As long as the "Fed." can operate on fiat legal tender and do business globally with a currency backed by nothing but "goods and services of the American People, their homes, their farms, their lives, their bodies" taking every farm, home, every piece of infra-structure of the American Tax Payers destroying THE EQUITY BASE OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE; While CONGRESS ACQUIESCES THEIR DUTIES OF OFFICE, the PLIGHTED FAITH of the UNITED STATES has SUNK TO DEPTH OF ACTUAL ORGANIZED CRIMINAL CORRUPTION, causing the Fed. R. to go Bankrupt and drag the WE, the People into a never ending quagmire of possible and 'probable' attempts to enslave the entire population through A Constitutional Disability imposed by Congress acquiescing its Constitutional Duties, as Mr. Greenspan stated to Congressman Paul.

The TRUST is the "Duly Constituted, Primary, Outstanding GOLD Creditor of the United States".. The Federal Reserve knows that.
The Fed.R./UST has known this TRUST exists, has existed for many years. They have copies of our TRUST. The Security Exchange Commission Legal Department also has copies of the TRUST. The U.S. Attorney General, U.S. House of Representatives (Newt Gingrich) has copies of the TRUST, the WHITE HOUSE has copies of the TRUST, The U.S. Sec. of State has copies of the TRUST, and the list goes on.
