WHAT IS THE "DURHAM (INTL. LTD;) HOLDING TRUST (TIAS 12087)?" (Part 2)

All of us remember "Murphy's Law" which goes like this;

Unfortunately, since California's Prop. 13 went into effect, we can all look about us and see that during the Reagan Administration "A good System of Government was "fixed" and now IT'S BROKE!"
   The system is broke! It relied too heavily on Privatization of Infra-Structure belaboring on the woe-be-begotten belief "Private Corporations could do a better job in infra-structure management."
   These "private corporations" have systematically operated in Conflict of Interest "Competition" with the Citizens of the united states doing business as mom and pop industries, farming, Industry, Manufacturing of Product, Health Care, Education, Research and Development Areas and so forth.

HOW DID THIS SYSTEMATICALLY "BREAK" the nation?

1. Business after business is closing, and

3. The average of 50,000 home-owners lose their homes monthly in every state of the Union, and
4. Health Care Services are near extinct, and
5. Education is at a stand still, and
6. Joblessness has reached an all time record high in the united States of the Union, and
7. Skilled labor is going outside the US, and
8. Hospitals are closing, one after the other across the land, and
9. Emergency Services are shutting down denying WE, THE PEOPLE of Emergency Services, and
10. Service Providers are GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, and THE LIST GOES ON, AND ON, AND ON!

BUT! They allow GAMBLING CASINOS and PLEASURE boating along with WATER PARK FACILITIES ALONG THE WATER WAYS?
